Dropped a FedEx Express package off on a Friday at 4:19p that was time sensitive (costs more money than ground service) for delivery in CA 3days later (by Wed). Package sat at this store until TUESDAY at 4:19p of the next week and did not get delivered until 7days later! When I called the store to find out why.. they blamed the FedEx driver..I find it hard to believe the driver missed this when he was there for pickup at least twice before this was taken!
