I love your service department !!!!! John Boyzileri In the service department is one of the kindest most understanding and sympathetic people I have ever met. Ford take note! He should teach a class on customer service! The vehicle I am about to talk about isnt just an old car its my car !!! my first car this car has been better to me than most the people I know , trustworthy reliable and faithful !!! I ended up at the service department after I had taken my 01 ford to a local mechanic in Glendora. I had it towed there the day before Thanksgiving because it was stalling out when I was idling. I was told it would cost more to fix the car then the car was worth. And just to do the bare minimum of what was needed for the car to run safely would be over $1900! I had it towed to Colley Ford for a second opinion, and if it was truly in that bad of shape I could trade-it in on a vehicle. I was in tears Christmas is coming my budget is tight and now my car is broken down. Honestly , I dont know why I stopped taking cars that werent under warranty into the dealership. They were so kind and so helpful and reassured me that they would get to the bottom of the issue with the car and give me a call when their service technician returned from his Thanksgiving vacation and had a chance to look at it. It made me feel better knowing It was going to be handled and soon . And on a sidenote , you can finance repairs through Ford !!!! Needless to say the car only needed a repair to the fuel pump !!! its running better than it has in years !!! all the other things that the other mechanic had said were wrong with it were bold faced lies. They changed the oil, and rotated the tires and fixed the problem for a fraction of what the other place had told me. They wanted to make sure that I wasnt stuck without a ride ... I could go on and on about how wonderful they were. Quit wasting your time at these after market rip off private mechanics they are full of it (and Im not talking about anything good) !!! Youll probably run across my review of who Im talking about if you live in the Glendora area. Thank God For John and Colley Ford! We Love you Ford !!!

Purchasing my wifes car here was just an average experience. While the staff was friendly, they were not very engaging. It just didnt feel welcoming. But the one star isnt based off of that experience. Their service department is horrible. They overbook their appointments and forget walking in. They treat you like an idiot for not making an appointment. I should have known I would have problems from day one when we purchased the car and they didnt have anyone available to wash it before delivery. This was after sitting and waiting in the service area for more than an hour. That sounded strange to me because it was the middle of the day in the middle of the week. They asked me to come back another day and they would offer a complimentary wash. When we tried a few days later to get that done they were rude and dismissive like we were bothering them. The same when we tried to claim our complimentary oil change. My wife will not return there because of the way she was treated and goes all the way to Bob Wondries in Alhambra to get her car serviced, even though we live 3 minutes from Colley. Normally I service my car near my work, but that wasnt going to be possible this last time so I figured I would give Colley another shot with my Ford vehicle. Overbooked and unapologetic about it. Worst service center I have ever experienced.

My salesman was fleet manager Jim Keen. He was awesome!! I told him what I wanted and what my max payment I could afford was and how much money down I had. I basically said you can either do it or you cant dont waste my time. I can just figure another car out. We emailed back and forth for a day and a half and on that 2nd day I went to test drive said I loved it and he took my basic info to run credit. He came back 3 minutes later letting me know what credit score was then went back into another managers office and came back about 6 minutes later with a piece of paper and he gave me specifics put his hand out and said do we have a deal? My target payment was $320 MAX and the payment they had was $327 out the door. And they gave me $2000 for my beat up broken 2004 x3!! They dont dick you around. They are too experienced for BS. Jim is great and down to earth. I highly recommend and will never go anywhere else or use anyone else. Also, everyone there is super nice. FYI - I did not get same treatment...not even close at Monrovia Ford!!!!

I just went to the Colley Ford dealership in Glendora, CA. From our arrival, my friend and I were treated with disrespect. We were told that because we were not buying buying cars that day that we could not test drive them. We explained that we were looking to get new cars in the next few months and that the LA Auto Show Test Drive offer gave us a good opportunity to come in and do it. It was obvious we were both discriminated due to our age (we are both in ours 20s) even though we told them we are 2LTs in the US Army. Our salesman, Daniel Banda, shrugged us off and walked away and the manager told us we could not test drive. The amount of disrespect and humiliation I felt simply due to my age was absurd and completely unprofessional. This experience has so tainted my view of Ford that I dont think I could buy a Ford now and definitely not one from this dealership.

Tried to buy a 2016 Explorer Sport here and the salesman couldnt find the keys to any of them. Tried to get my Explorer Sport (that I bought elsewhere) repaired here and it took them 3 separate trips to fix a headrest! They wanted a fourth trip to fix some air duct that goes under the car because they forgot to order the clips that hold it on-NOPE NOPE NOPE. I dont understand how this place stays in business. I bought a F150 from them 20 years ago and they screwed that up and wanted the truck back 4 days after I took possession. I have tried to have my F250 diesel truck repaired here a couple of years ago and they only had 1 diesel technician. They told me it would be two weeks before they could get me in for service. STAY AWAY-Youve been warned.

Very professional, easy to work with,honest and found me what I wanted and it was a 2017 Explorer Xlt. Internet Fleet sales, Ismael Gonzalez, was very nice and helpful over the Internet and when I went to Colley Ford. My wife and I were given the opportunity to test drive a Explorer Xlt. Internet Director, Matt McCalatchey was also professional and nice. He came in Israels office to introduce himself and offered us water and said "If there is anything you need, that we dont have, I will do everything I can to find it for you". I will definitely give great consideration when I purchase my next vehicle. Very clean showroom, offices and all brochures placed in a appropriate and clean display. Respectfully, Wally Berri
