I wish there was negative rating for this Dealership. WORST WORST WORST dealers and salespersons ever seen. These guys sold me the car in July 2013, and informed that 2 year free service is included. Upon asking for paperwork for this service, we were informed that "Toyota offers this service, as a standard service included in price. Paperwork is not required", which may be the case. After hard negotiation with car price, we came up with a good number and bought the car. At the time of sale, they scheduled our first free service (5000 miles) at this dealership (ONLY, which was fine to us). Okay, second service comes up (10000 miles), we go to the dealership, we were informed that the service is not free, as the vehicle does not include 2 year free service. The issue was resolved at this time, as luckily the salesman who sold us the car (Name: Jose Sanchez), was present at the dealership and told the service personnel to make the service free. (Took us 2 hours on phone calls and 3 hours for service). Next Service (15000 miles) comes, and we go to the same dealership, same issue. The salesman was not present, so we talked to the manager (Name: Hector), and he told the service personnel to make it a free service. (Wow, 3 HOURS on phone calls, 3 hours service). We call Toyota customer service again in the evening, hoping that they will resolve the issue once and forth. We get the answer that this is handled by Dealership, not Corporate. So, we call the dealership, and talk to the salesman (Name: Jose Sanchez), who informs us that there wont be any such issue regarding service anymore, as he has updated the car information in their system, and it will show up as a free service next time when we go to dealership for car service. We were happy that we wont have to deal with this issue again. (By the way phone call time: 3 HOURS back and forth with corporate and dealership). Next Service (20000 miles-Feb 2015) comes, we go to a different dealership, as we thought the issue of 2 years free service was resolved, and we will be able to go to any other Toyota dealership and it will show up in their system that we have the 2 year free service included. Guess what....that was not the case. We had to call the Toyota Customer Service again (Phone Call time: 3 HOURS), while we are at the service center, struggling to get our car serviced. At this time, we were informed by customer care rep. that the vehicle was not sold as new, it is a FLEET VEHICLE!! We were stressed as we thought we were cheated. We complained to Toyota Customer Service that the dealership sold us the vehicle as new, even though its a Fleet Vehicle. The customer service as usual informed us that this issue is handled on Dealership basis and corporate does not have to do anything with this. They told us to contact another person (Name: Eulaila) at the Dealership, who would never pick up the call or return the call. We talk to the manager (Name: Hector) at the dealership, and he offers us two complementary services for next time. Here we are at the next service time (23000-July 2015) trying to service our vehicle using one of those two "complementary" services offered (Which were actually offered as standard services along with this sale as per the salesman), trying to get a hold of EULAILA, HECTOR, JOSE etc at the dealership, as corporate doesnt give a damn about their customers. We are stuck with this crappy dealership and their service. (Total Phone Call Time: 5 HOURS with customer service and dealership back and forth) We have spent 2 full working days (16 HOURS) on phone calls trying to get whats ours as a part of "Toyotas standard Sale". NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BY ALL MEANS. THEY ARE STUPID LIARS AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I bought a 2010 toyota tundra in feb of 2010,and made the mistake of installing an aftermarket tv and alarm well as most people know the jbl radios came out defective there are hundreds of reports of this problem all over the internet . So what happen is that by may 2010 the radio stopped working, so i took it to the dealer as soon as they saw i had an after market tv they said the problem wasnt their radio that the problem came from the sound shop were they installed the alarm and tv,so i took it to the sound shop the guy at the sound shop told me show him how his equipment damaged the radio and he would be more than glad to replace or pay for the repair.he also pointed out how his equipment was working fine. The problem with the radio was everything worked it turned on but the volume control didnt work so their was no sound,but on the aftermarket tv the headphones worked,but the speakers on the truck did not. So i took it back to the dealer were they said they would need to take the whole truck apart to find the problem and it would run me like 1200 dollars. I went back to the sound shop and told him what they had said, he said let them do it if they can prove the aftermarket equipment damaged the stereo,then he would pay to have it fixed. Before i went back to toyota i asked to speak with the service manager dave davis i explained the situation and how i had gone two months without a radio from them giving me the run around he wasnt helpful at all, we argued over the phone until he finally told me to just take it to another dealer if i didnt like his service, so thats what i did i took it to west covina toyota off of the 10 fwy they did fix the problem it turned out the amp was the problem the radio is working fine now but one thing for sure i will never buy from toyota of glendora ever again they lost a good loyal customer this is the 3rd toyota i had bought from them they had all the records showing i was a valued customer and they still didnt even try to give me good service their loss west covina toyota will have all of my business from now on

Where do I begin lol I was at the beach and lost the keys in the ocean....right away I called the dealership because my car was only 3 days old. I spoke with the sales manager Joe and explained what happened. Mind you I live in Barstow but I was at Bolsa Chica State Beach!!!! After about Only 30 minutes of me frantically trying to figure out what to do Joe called me back with an idea!!!! He sent a tow truck guy to pick up my car and husband and sent a car from Glendora to pick up me and the 3 kids......the tow company agreed to drop it off in Anaheim (thats as far as they would take it, which was out of Joes hands) and then from there Toyota of Glendora was going to pick it up from there and take it to Glendora where we were. The driver (Quentin) was such a sweetheart and even though we were stuck in heavy traffic he kept up conversation and was so nice to my kids. As the drive went on my original sales representative Bryan was also checking on us and asking if we were ok...Here at Glendora my kids were starving by the time we arrived here from the beach, Joe offered my kids cold water bottles and a WHOLE sub sandwich and even potato salad (I was Embarrassed but Joe said "dont worry about it...let the kids enjoy" !!!!! They even put on a movie for them!!!!! Alot of my stress went away seeing my kids so comfortable and at ease!!!! I had no key lol but I do have one at home (in Barstow) instead of making me go back and forth and go over 400 miles back and forth he decided to let me borrow a car so I can go home comfortably. He said "You work during the week, so dont worry, borrow the car for a week and bring it back on Friday"!!!! I had to go to Covina the next morning for my sons football paperwork so it worked out that I could drop off the loner and pick up my car!!! The customer service here at Toyota of Glendora has exceeded the 5 star marking!!!! They showed me such warm hospitality and brought down my stress levels that I actually forgot I was even stressed to begin with!!!!! THANK YOU TOYOTA OF GLENDORA !!!!!!
