Shuttling between the East Coast and the Mid West I recently found myself with a new puppy and Im 1000 miles from work residence. Sara, Lasey and Jacob on 5/28/13 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin assisted me in gathering all that was needed to accommodate the new canine family addition and prepare for the long drive back to work. The store was clean, the service pleasant and effective and the items that I was looking for and those selected when recommended available. My compliments to a job well done.

I took our dog Homer in to get a butt trimming the other day. The staff are always very pleasant and seem like they truly enjoy what they do. The BIG plus is they take walk-ins. Granted a butt trimming doesnt take terribly long, but still a very nice plus. Prices are very reasonable for services, again a plus. At checkout, a treat is always offered to your furry 4-legged kid, and again a very nice and kind plus. I will always go to PetSmart for my dogs needs. Love this place!! ❤

The only pet store we shop at in town. Great prices, extremely knowledgeable staff who are enthusiastic about the animals. They really know their stuff here. My wife and I love to come grab a feather toy for cats and play with the cats thru the windows. Good exercise for the cats as well.

Absolutely love the staff here! They are always so kind and welcoming, my little mya loves going to visit and pick out a treat or a toy! The staff even remembers her name! Love how clean the store is and the amazing selection of seasonal and everyday products!

This is by far the cleanest pet store in Eau Claire. Im not sure if the prices are the best in Eau Claire, but I usually find a few deals every time I shop.
