The girl staff named Sandy F. is someone whom needs to learn how to observe store shoppers and then determine if/how to approach a shopper whom she/was suspected of shoplifting. She humiliated me in public and then never even apologized after finding out her accusations were completely wrong, she still acted very aggressive and should not be allowed to work there, i wouldnt stoop to the level of stealing, especially at GOODWILL!!! WOW, i wont ever shop at this goodwill again due to this employee falsely accusing me and embarrassing me in front of the employees and customers, i was one of the biggest buyers there in Parker, Co. until last night. I just spent $500+ this week alone and was demanded to open my purse after i just purchased a shopping cart full of donations...? I buy stuff to give to the people who cant even afford goodwill, what an insult. This is something that is not easy to just get over, especially when i am not a thief, i earn my living...

TESTIMONY FROM A GOODWILL EMPLOYEE- This place is terrible. Upper management (mostly corporate management and select managers on the "higher level") Are all unbelievably uncaring, corrupt, and neglectful in their duties. This company will always screw over their employees as sure as the sun rises in the morning, and sets at night. Not only is the staff overwhelmed by the workload but also many workers with disabilities are put in compromising situations and therefore are being treated improperly. Also, the neglect and managers who will not effectively deal with issues that arise causes conflict between workers that often end badly. This company may preach that it does so much good for so many, but it sure doesnt reflect with the treatment of its employees. Discrimintation, Harrassment, Intimidation, gross misconduct, and a hostile work enviornment. THAT IS WHAT IT IS LIKE TO WORK HERE

Our cashier was very rude and clearly didnt want to be there, I get it was a special sale and youre busy but thats not an excuse to be a total A-hole. The majority of what we purchased wasnt included in the sale so we asked for military discount - before even checking what we had they immediately said "no military discount on top of the sale" to which I responded, well most of what we have isnt included...which they completely ignored. Following that, I handed by the flier we were given at the door and this person decided to toll their eyes in my face and say "yeah thats whats everyone is doing so why are they even giving them out" uhh ok? Sorry Im not a part of your marketing team so I dont understand the hostility towards me about it

On 50% off day they mark things up so its regular price after the 50%. Also new items are as much if not more in some cases then you can buy them brand new. Plus Ive done a lot of research and I cant figure out were these profits go. Even the station in the store only advertise "they help keep things out of the land fill and with employment". But were does the profit go? Someones making a lot of money off this place!! But its not going to any charities thats for sure! Its best to donate to Salvation Army or ARC. At least we know where these funds go!!

Pulled up with a trailer full of childrens furniture, the guys working had no interest in helping me unload it, I unloaded most if it by myself, then one guy comes over to announce they dont take baby stuff. I said this is furniture, he focused in on one baby bouncer, still didnt help with the furniture, instead started looking thru the toys I was donating and saying no to things. Very rude and unhelpful! Im called ARC next time!

The new addition to the store, 99 cent area is great for bargain hunters but the selection of things there is now renewed as often as necessary.I came there to shop and again after 3 days, the things were the same just with slight addition of 2 new boxes. The store is clean with lots of light. The floor is filled with useful things in good condition. New things are added daily.

I bougth 2 cords drills but my brother bought the same ones just newer for the same price, when I returned they didnt give me the cash ans instead they gave me a gift card because I paid with cash no with card l so very disappointed, because I need my cash back.
