Rediculous prices for something that is second hand. Or like this for example 2.99 for a rock?! That has been painted over by a kid. It is unacceptable that the items in this store are appraised higher then they are worth. I see Items bought from the family Dollar store here that cost more used they they were originally purchased for. Why go here to buy something bought from family Dollar brand new and pay triple the price for it? It wasnt always like this, but now I find it just more cost efficient to buy the items sold here brand new for a lower price some where else, more worthy of my money.

Horrible customer service. Way overpriced. I went to this Arc to buy some sporting goods. I can only afford to go to this arc on Sat where there are 50% off some. Although it is fairly expensive as is even with 50% off, the cashier was asking furniture people that if this price is correct or not on more than 3-4 items. Cashier thought it was too cheap, so she price checked more than 3 items. Basically the employees will always assume the price tag it is on is a price we printed out on arc decal to change the price???? Oh yeah, this price is way over priced.

I just bought a lovely looking microwave at a reasonable price. Low and behold it doesnt work. Im assuming they dont actually test their electronics because this microwave shuts off after 2 seconds of use. I didnt realize how poor their return policy is and now Im stuck with store credit. If you sell me something thay doesnt work and dont tell me it doesnt work, I should be entitled to a refund. Ill be shopping at Goodwill now, who gives refunds when a product is a dud.

Whoever said (bad costumer service)... I think the customer service is fine ....just like any other retail store....BUT this is the best thrift shopping in the whole country!! Every ARC is great. YOU will be amazed..make this a destination, for sure...I LOVE ARC! Saturdays are the best.. all colors except one (the new color comes out on WED) are on sale, so get there at EIGHT am if you want the best selection.

The prices are great on the half price days. I wouldnt go on any other day as its too expensive for the quality of resale clothing they put out. You do have to be very careful about looking over your finds to make sure theres no holes or tears. There is a great selection of clothing in all seasons for all sizes. Be prepared to spend time to search and youll find some fantastic treasures!

Outrageous prices on housewares and furniture, easily 50% more than other thrift stores in the area and double what ARCs in the suburbs of Denver charge. That kind of disparity makes me think that this store is in the business of exploiting poor people, a common business practice in economically depressed neighborhoods.

The clothing selection at this store is well there is a lot of really nice brands and a great selection. I was looking for shoes the women section took up half the store and the men section took up one shelf and picked clean. Nice people and like all thrift a little hit and miss but i enjoyed it.

This is my Favorite ARC Store. The Store always has cool stuff to find. Supervisor Roxanne is super friendly and always willing to help. Even on a hit or miss day I have never gone wrong with this location.
