LIARS!!!! I had gotten my tire repaired and it was still leaking air so I brought it back in. When I brought it back in they told me that something was ripped and was unrepairable. They said whoever patched it up last time must have ripped something. And I told them it was you guys who fixed it last time they said that they have no record and they never fixed the flat. After waiting for 1.5 hours for them to try to lie to my face I left with the spare on. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life. No wonder why, when I was sitting and waiting I saw it least 3 customers walk out. Lying isnt what you call customer service!!!

Dave and his crew are an amazing workforce ! I ve been buying tires from Dave at discount tires for 10 years now and I gotta tell you , he has always provided outstanding service ! If I ever have any issues at all Dave is there to stand behind his product and to make sure that I continue to stay a satisfied customer. Its a very rare thing these days to find a company that actually stands behind their product , and offers such great customer service. I love the smooth quite tires that we just put on the pilot. Thanks again for the perfect service.

I dont trust them. Flat tire the day after my install, had to take off work to put on the spare. Brought the tire in and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Only after I told them I need a new tire because of the tread wear, miraculously they found a puncture hole all of a sudden. Now theyre saying they can patch it so I dont have to buy a new one, but theyre just making it so they dont need to give me a new tire. I understand accidents happen, but I drove home 5 minutes on clean roads. Im not gonna trust them after this.

As a long time customer of Discount Tires, when I have scheduled an appointment I have never had problems, but with this particular store, I scheduled my appointment at 8am and instead of me being seen, it was first come first serve. Whats the purpose of making an appointment? I was not happy about that as I went from first place to 9th place, thats not customer service and because of that I will not be coming back to this location unless they change the way they do things. Sincerely, Unhappy....

I have been using this DT location for over 10 years. All of the people I have worked with at this store have been knowledgeable, professional, well trained, and enjoyable to work with. My last time there, Marc H., the assistant manager, went above and beyond in his efforts to find a solution for my unique, very low production number car, including numerous follow-ups with me by email and phone. I cant recommend them, and Marc, enough.

Called and spoke with Dave. The tire I wanted was more expensive here but they matched the price with a competitor. Went out of thier way to get the tire delivered to meet my schedule and installed it in very reasonable time. Very helpful crew. Ive used discount tires in the past but the efficiency of the crew at this location was phenomenal.

I havent had to buy tires in years. I did some searching around in the area between these guys, les schwab and big o. I got the best deal here on the same tires at the other stores. Plus I got phenomenal customer service from Dave. This place is definitely a great place to shop for new car shoes.

Went in for a rotation and balance, ended up leaving with 4 new tires. I give the guy credit in that he gave me a small break on the tires I had within warranty, and even pulled up Walmarts website to show me an apples to apples comparison in tires and prices.

I had a nail in my tire and Discount Tire helped me repaired it at no charge. I was in and out within 45 minutes (without scheduling an appointment). Great Customer Service! Would definitely come back to this location to buy new tires when needed.
