We purchased a couch from the Greensburg store less than a year ago. About 4 to 5 months ago we had to get a cushion cover replaced as the material began to tear, then in December the middle back cushion stated to tear on the seam. They came out and sewed it , by hand. The job was horrible!!! I could have sewed it by hand myself!! We have bought furniture from Levins since 1973 and never a problem until now. We have a couch, less than a year old, that had to be repaired twice. I dont think we will be shopping again at Levins.

If I could rate no stars I would have. Awful product with no directions on how to put together. Awful customer service with no help and blaming it on the manufacturer. Well you purchased crap from your manufacturer and sold it me. While attempting to put it together noticed it has to different trim types. Looks real nice! I will be waiting to hear from you with an explanation for your garbage product.

Love my furniture that I have still waiting for half my order... they said all my furniture was in and will be ready for my delivery date ha ha 5 months later still waiting for half my order. Poor customer service you pay them then you are at their mercy until you receive it.. never again...

Just walked out. poor customer service. Never greeted, never asked if I needed any help. Was told by the clearance store across the street that they work on the "the up system ". And perhaps he was busy. What about the rest of the employees eating and chatting?
