I am giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. Denise is very nice. I must say that. Carolyn on the other hand...not so much. She was snippy towards me a couple times. And neither of them return phone calls when they say they will. I would never do business with this company ever again. I am still waiting to receive a piece furniture from them that has been paid for in full since February. And their business hours completely suck so by the time I get off work theyre closed so Im not able to talk to anyone to get any type of assistance. They claim they do business the way they do, short hours and no warehouse, so that they save their customers money. Well...I would rather spend more money with Value City or some other store than to ever do business with these unorganized people again. I am a VERY UNHAPPY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

After going to other furniture stores in the area and being typecast and ignored, it was so nice to go somewhere and be treated like a human being. Our furniture arrived the same week and was delivered (by an outside company they recommended) promptly. The only reason Im giving four stars instead of five is because theyd said they would give me a bag of complimentary extra fluff for the back cushions, but that was not received. All in all, however, I would definitely do business with them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

I bought a couch from this location. The sales people were very friendly. A few months after receiving/using my new couch, a piece of metal popped out of the back and through the seat. I contacted the store via their website and received a speedy response from Caroyln and Denise. They indicated that it is covered under warranty and that they ordered a replacement and would call me when it arrived at the store.

Updated! Did you know they have an " All Sales are Final" policy? They dont mention that up front. Ive been waiting for a table for three weeks, they dont have it, dont know when it will turn up, and they say I cant cancel it! Sleazy and not very legal!

Great prices. Quality furniture. Awesome helpful staff that are willing to work with you to make sure you get what you want. The only downside is that they close early and on Sunday making it hard to get there if you work standard hours.

Great prices!!, but I had to wait over a MONTH for delivery and I was given too many excuses, speedy furniture ? its slow Furniture, another furniture place had my item delivered within a week.
