If I could post a negative amount of stars I would. First they stuck a sticker on a LG tv that said smart tv. Needless to say It was not a smart tv. Second of all there customer service is piss poor. The red headed chick behind the desk had a horrible attitude. Then we were bombarded by two men who were also as equally rude and disgusting. They were completely arrogant and refused to accept fault for selling us a wrongly advertised tv. When we returned the tv the following day and explained the situation to them they said no problem we have a truck coming in tonight with new smart tvs. The reason I specify new is because not only did they sell us a falsely advertised acclaimed smart tv with no box after claiming there was one then there wasnt, they also have us a pre-used power cable and the incorrect remote. Mind you this was $750.00. So as we wait for there call, eagerly, a whole day goes by. I finally call the gorda chick behind the desk and she claims she was on the phone and she will get back to me whenever she can. We leave it another day. No call. We decide to go up there just to see what was going on and they tell us the truck wont be there until next Wednesday with the correct tv. We had enough. The lady and 2 men decided to verbally attack us because we decided to cancel. We did not mind waiting until that Wednesday but the way the situation was handled and the way they bombarded us with verbal harassment and made us new time customers feel like we were at fault for them selling us the wrong tv was enough. DO NOT GO THERE!! SAVE YOUR SELF TIME A PUBLIC HUMILITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I believe they dont even deserve STAR!!!! I bought children bed from them yet they guys were nice and friendly came and brought in my house and there were missing a piece to the bunk beds and it was very short to screw them and never showed back up left every screw and the delivery guys told me call the Mohammad which I did. VERY RUDE MEAN GUY Mohammad didnt order me more or try get it fixed. WASTE OF MONEY!!! I try going to the store talk to him very rude unprofessional way talking to me. I love most of youre items but I PASS I rather go somewhere more professional and have faith and honest that they will delivery exactly what is on the picture not something with missing pieces. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one they are no help.

Poor customer service. I will never do business with these people ever again. They called me at 330 to ask was I ready for my delivery I said yes, they didnt show up until 7. Ask them to discard my old mattress set and they said we have to charge I said thats fine I can pay then they gonna say they didnt have time. I made time to buy from you guys and pay cash for my stuff and waited over a week. Im not happy and would not recommend this business to anyone.

The worst furniture place in Greensboro , after paying over 1,500 and some odd dollars and paid for them to set up they half did the job left here and said they were missing a piece to the bunk beds never showed back up left every screw , rails and their tools where it was so now I have to make sure my little ones dont go in and get hurt I wouldnt recommend this place to no one they are no help

Just bought bed with mattress set. Was rushed into purchasing merchandise but that didnt bother me too bad. I was promised with the delivery that the bed will be set up. The men rudely refused to after I asked and mentioned nicely about how I was promised that it would be set up for me and told me I can do it. Lolol.

I paid 49 down for Ashley Delta Sectional and Ottoman! My payments are easy! The guys came and delivered. They were funny and fast! The sales people there were friendly and very helpful.
