In Response to Valerie Udofias negative revue: Im not sure who this person is. I have no record of anyone under this name in my database, nor does the owner or any of our sales people remember dealing with anyone by this name. Perhaps we are being confused with a different store or the sale was made under a different name. We DO NOT "Bait and Switch" as this person accuses, although occasionally an item becomes unavailable due to circumstances in the supply chain that are beyond our control. In these cases our normal procedure is to inform the customer of the problem before delivery, and offer options as to how we can resolve the issue to their satisfaction. That said, it is difficult to address or offer a response to this, since we cant confirm that we ever even had any dealings with this person at all. Thank You to our many satisfied customers! We offer quality merchandise at a deep discount, and always try hard to keep our customers happy and returning to us for all their home furnishing needs. If we indeed dropped the ball on this one than Id like the opportunity to apologize and see if there is something we could do to correct the problem.

LEGENDARY-GAME HEAD

I went in the store to order furniture. They didnt have what I wanted so the sales man showed me one on line. He told me it was the same size as another loveseat in the store. He also stated I can pick it up the following day after 4. The next day comes then Im told it takes five days after that I get the furniture n its barbie size really cheap poor quality. I call the store to speak to the owner n I get the same sales person who sold me the item n hes disrespectful n talking crap. We get into it. Long story short even if the give u the wrong furniture they wont exchange it n have already taken your money. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I will get the settled. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY OR THEIR RANDLEMAN RD. LOCATION!!!

I visited this location recently and received excellent service. The salesperson, Richard Adkins, is magnificent with his customer service. When I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly hello and a warm smile. I explained to Mr. Adkins what I was looking for and he was very attentive and was able to direct me to the perfect sectional. The sectional was able to be customized to the colors of my choice and looks wonderful in my living room now. Mr. Adkins was an exceptional sales representative and the prices at this location were affordable. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future furniture needs!

I have been shopping for furniture for a week. I walk into furniture clearance center on W.Market St. The owner was extremely helpful and I left with a great deal on a bedroom set. I will highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for quality furniture for a good price.

This is a horrible furniture store. They are dishonest and sell you one item and switch to a cheaper item upon delivery. There furniture is cheap and customer service is horrible. I will tell anyone not to trust the owner or sales people at this store.
