Took my wifes wedding ring for service (loose diamonds) which we paid insurance on and they first tell us it cant be repaired. Then they tell us it can, but we have to pay $275 for the repairs. There is no deductible on the ESP they sell. So, they want us to scrap her $8000 WEDDING ring and get in store credit, or pay $275 to have it fixed. This makes no sense to me. I have the insurance, they need to fix it if its repairable, which evidently it is if they want me to pay $275. I will NEVER buy there again.

took my all jewelry to get inspected and they never logged them in they just cleaned them. when i took them to get it fix they say i have never gotten them inspected.when something is loose/missing they play it off like they dont see it .took my necklace that broke and all they did was krazy glue it back together.NEVER again im buying anything from kay. BECAREFULL WHEN BUYING FROM HERE
