I want to add to my review in which I was very upset with Siegel Jewelers. After much time had passed, I got a hand-written note from Siegel again apologizing for the misunderstanding and asking me to please return. They noted that I had been a customer for over 20 years. I know that we all at times say things in haste, or even in anger, we would like to take back. I know I have. I think it is a real testament to Siegel to follow up with me and it is very obvious to me that this matter has not been forgotten by them and, further, that they would still reach out to me to AGAIN try to make things right. I will start my relationship over with this company and my plan is to forgive and especially to forget. What is important to me and I hope to you, is that Siegel is an organization that values their customers and does all that they can to make things right. In business and in life, I think that is all any of us can ask. Im glad. I feel like I have an old friend back.

I had a wonderful experience at Siegel Jewelers for a jewelry repair. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and taken care of. Polly was amazing! She really took the time to get to know me and even pronounce my name correctly. My repair was ready the very next business day, exactly as they had predicted. They were also open until 7 pm, which allowed me to drop in after work around 5 pm- so convenient! When I returned to pick up my repair, Polly knew me by name. My repair only cost me $22, and yet I was treated as if I was a princess who walked in to buy diamonds! I will definitely be back with my entire family!

When I worked with one of their sales staff I asked her if she likes working for Siegel Jewelers because she seemed so enthusiastic and happy. She said that she had been working for SJs for over 20 years (surprised me since the salesperson looked so young), and that she couldnt imagine a better place to work at or a nicer family to work for. I was extremely impressed with the store in every way- beautiful diamonds, knowledgeable and really caring sales staff, both local flavor of store and big city feel.

Polly was the best!! She listened to everything I wanted in an engagement ring and she delivered!! It was a fairly lengthy process and she kept in communication with us every step of the way! Excellent experience from picking an engagement ring to picking up the wedding band. Everyone we worked with was kind and helpful. They provided the information needed to help us make an informed decision. They also went the extra mile to make sure that our budget was as important as what we wanted. Always so helpful and friendly. Joe has helped me with a few different watch batteries/links - he is prompt, gives me updates while my items are being worked on, and hes efficient! I was out the door in 10 minutes and had a battery changed and links removed. Great, affordable prices, too. Unmatched by anyone else in the area!

Love Siegel Jewelers! We purchased all of our rings there for our Dec. 2011 wedding. Everyone that works there is wonderful especially Jan and Joel. They are very knowledgeable without being pushy! The estate section is great! I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for jewelry.

I had a diamond enhancer that needed to be expanded to support my solitaire and was told by two other jewelers that it couldnt be done. Siegels not only took on the project but got it done and resized in 24 hours so I would have it for my trip. I love it. Thoughtful staff and excellent workmanship.

The best Jewelry in Grand Rapids. The selection, the heritage and the knowledge of the staff is amazing. Dont get some cheezy fad ring from the mall - go to Seigels and get something that will look as good on your 25th anniversary as it did on your wedding day.
