Always friendly and helpful. Good sales. They saved our lab mix when he was four months old. He started throwing *everything* up and because he is naturally slim and was only 18 lbs then and growing fast (putting on 1.5 - 2 lbs a week normally), him losing weight was a big deal. The associates there had already helped us find a grain-free, all life stages dry food a few months earlier that suited our growing and very sensitive pup and two adult dogs. Now they pointed out the cans of cooked pumpkin and told us to mix that with the plain cooked rice and chicken breast we were giving him. He immediately stopped throwing up and was able to hold down that basic food. We slowly added veggies and similar, then after two weeks, began replacing the rice with his kibble. He did just fine, and is now 21 months old, 60 lbs, healthy and happy.

Whats up everybody, I would like to say for the record that my experience has been great with pet supplies plus. It almost seems like everyone their is a professional when it comes to wanting the best for you pet, from a guy stocking the shelves to a young lady at the register and of course the Manager, they all have a bit of expertise in what you or even would require. Oh and to the guy who had problems with the dog leash, and getiing yelled at, people make mistakes everyone has a frustrating day from time to time. I challenge to Just let it go and forgive, now I am not saying go back and to mend things up. Just take the time to think things over and make your own decision.

I dont understand why my previous rating was deleted. I am not a spammer or competitor. I was a consumer of this business that was disgusted by the "expert" they sent out to show me how to improperly attach a pinch collar. And then began shouting when I explained very calmly that he wasnt using the collar right. To Pet Supplies Plus... I dont know how you have deleted this. Now every time I think of taking out my Chocolate Lab to spend way too much spoiling him, Ill make sure to remember to drop by this site and re-write the review.

Wow! I walked into the store and felt right at home. The staff were friendly and helpful and very willing to share their expertise. I LOVED seeing bird food sold in bulk, and I saved a lot of money. The selection was pretty impressive for dog and cat items. Small pets and birds had a decent selection of products.

The cleanest and most organized place for pet food. The small cat food cans are all brought forward and facing you on the shelf. Not in those awful cardboard boxes. Employees are always busy. They even dust the cans and bags of food in down time.

I personally love coming to this store because the employees there make me feel welcomed, and I love how they are very knowledgeable with the pet products they have in stock. Also, I found there store prices are cheaper than petland and petsmart.
