Horrible place to shop for pets, I went in 3 days ago and observed a dead baby water dragon in the same tank as a live one, today I went back and it was still in the cage dead, when I told an employee who was helping another customer and talking about fish he just looked at me and continued to talk, I went to find another employee and she took 5 minutes to check out the enclosure and proceeded to ask me "which one is it" after repeatedly being told it was the water dragon, then proceeded to laugh about the dead animal as she removed it. Will never ever come here again the staff or poorly educated and very rude and as far as their animal care they need to be shut down for negligence!!

Fine store. TERRIBLE grooming. My dog has red eyes (apparently due to soap google said) and the groomer didnt tell us. Also her fur is different texture and quality after that. Dry and puffy instead of wavy and smooth. When confronted I was met with rude and terrible behavior. And I continue to hear terrible news from them, and their employees have begun to yell and gang up on other clients who have trouble there. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR GROOMING, SOMETHING WORSE COULD HAPPEN!
