As a HUGE Disney fan, you would think I would think more of this store. But it actually somewhat decreases my love of going in here. Now let me address that the cast members are JUST like at the parks. 2-finger-points, always smiling, excited, etc. Honestly the only reason to come here. You would expect a DISNEY Store to have at least some Disney Parks merchandise (pins, MagicBand-its, Turkey ((according to a CERTAIN film Id like not to mention) emu) Leg magnets, weird Michael Jackson Captain EO shirts, and others. I mean, you can only pack so many Frozen dolls into one store. But no. Its just the SAME products, ALL over the store. Sure its nice to know they will never run out of anything, but it seems like they are just selling billions of the same pieces of merchandise. If your shopping for your kids, go here. But if your like me and have memorized the entire Carousel of Progress script by heart, this may be worth a skip.

This is in my opinion the best disney store in Colorado. It was remodeled beautifully a little while back and everything is always clean and organized. The staff and management here is also really great. One young woman in particular (Debbie) is ALWAYS super friendly and so helpful with anything I need. I never write reviews for anything but the service and staff are why I always return to this store!

The cashier Larissa P apparently enjoys humiliating transgender people. Demanded my ID for my debit card ( the pins not enough?) and made a huge deal about my deadname being on it...over a $14 stuffed animal. My friend and I politely tried to dissuade her but she became very rude over our protestations. I wont be back to this location until they learn to treat their customers with respect.

All of the sales staff here is AMAZING! UPPER MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL. SHAWNKEVIN is the WORST manager I have come across in all of my years of retail. He is rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. They are much nicer to the children than the adults here. I guess that could be a good thing.

It is a typical Disney store except this one is small and often crouded, selection is limited. Staff is kind of creepy, but if you have a daughter chances are you will step foot in this store. Dont expect much other than to spend a lot of money
