Purchased recliner..delivered not in eorking order. Waited a few months for replacement and paid to upvrade with remote. A short while after the recliner tilts to right side. A handyman fixed and now 4 months later it is lopsided again. Called for service and put on hold for over 10 minutes.. no help at all. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Not cheap. Staff not seemingly knowledgeable about its suites and what colors/fabric you can choose from. I was given different answers in this location, but when I called their Poughkeepsie location, I got another set of answers. Possibly the salesperson just wanted a quick sale. They lost; not to be trusted.

Were going with one star picked out a couch and was told 4 to 6 weeks to get in home. Why not put a sign on it that it takes six weeks to get. Will update.
