I am very disappointed with hearing how lazy boy handles their broken/imperfect recliners with their customers. A friend had 2 recliners delivered and they BOTH need repair because they were poorly built. They refuse to have them returned. They must be repaired which will take a very long time. It was their fault and customer gets inconvenienced and has a sub standard quality chair. So just be aware of their policies.

Recently got one of their amazing couches the store was clean, all sales staff were nice and courteous. I never felt like I was being sold something I wasnt in their to buy. They even delivered on Christmas Eve day, no complaints. Will be coming back soon to get a new recliner.

It was okay. The staff was pleasant and engaging but left you completely alone. Furniture so so. Expensive more than need be (because made in America). But workmanship seemed top notch. A couple good buys. Yes Id go back.
