I will never shop at this location again for anything. I went to the Short Hills location on 11/9/16 to pick up some Finisher’s Formula to clean a table I purchased from C & B. The store was out of stock so an associate placed the order for me and told me approximately when I would receive the item. On Saturday 11/18/16, I decided to call the store for an update on the delivery. I called the store, spoke with an associate and was promised a call back after she had done some research. I never received a call back. I called again and was told by another associate that she would call me back. Later that afternoon, I received a call from a third associate stating that it was Saturday and that she could not reach anyone in shipping and that she would call me back on Monday 11/21/16. I never received that call. Finally I called the store on Tuesday 11/22/16 and reached the associate who had promised to call me back on Monday. I was given a story about how she was not able to reach the warehouse and that she was going to call me back when she had more information. The associate offered to refund my money. Four associates were involved in a $16.95 transaction. The customer service at this store is deplorable. It shouldn’t matter if I had spent $16.95 or $16,095. I was planning to purchase new chairs for the table that I was planning to clean with the Finisher’s Formula. I won’t be spending any money at C & B. I wanted to give NO STARTS but the site would not let me post unless I gave one star.

After spending what I think is a lot of money on a media console, youd expect them to use higher quality materials than they did in some areas. We purchased the Ainsworth Walnut 64" Media Console with Glass/Wood Doors (SKU 674993), and they use extremely cheap plastic brackets to hold the wood or glass inserts in place. Within a couple months they started snapping with regular use (no kids around so theyre not abused). Youd expect to see higher quality materials when paying this much for a piece of furniture. The support from the location and the company has been subpar. Hard to recommend them when you spend a lot of money and the company wont stand behind the product. Ive tried to attach pictures showing where theyve been snapping, and after several visits back to the store they have done nothing. Sometimes taking our info and advising theyd call back, only to never receive a call. Very disappointing.

Purchased leather furniture, within less then 6 yrs the FOLIO CHAIRS are cracking and falling apart. The best they will do is a 50%credit Same with the FOLIO BAR STOOLS. THEY MAY JAVE GREAT SEVICE FOR LESS EXPENSIVE ITEMS BUT ON THE BIG &&&forget it. You get the run around.
