Not the place I would buy anymore items from took them like 5 time to fix my wifes ring it looked really bad after sizing I thought they were trying to give me a used ring , then for my trouble they were supposed to make a payment on my acct for all the trouble but has never happened got pretty crappy with me after I got upset after it taking so many times to fix , I never had an issue with belden I bought alot from there , I will not be buying anymore from Kay they cant even size a ring and make it look nice

I HAVE HAD MY WEDDING RING IN FOR SOLDERING 2 DIFFERENT TIMES, I WAS MARRIED YESTERDAY AFTERNOON AND THIS AM I LOST A STONE I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS HERE BUT THIS IS CRAP I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS POOR OF SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. WORST JEWELER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
