We will be contacting better business bureau again. Bolts falling out and shearing off. Front right blinker not working. Two LED tail lights out. Front brake screams. Front cowl falling off of ignition switch. BRAND NEW scooter all happening in about first 1000 miles. Are you kidding me? We paid 1203 dollars outright for a brand new scooter. Then were charged almost 450 dollars more and all the issues were still not fixed. Owners response is see you in court. Las Vegas is a odd choice for a "family vacation" to me. Brad just got back from Las Vegas. I wonder if he lost a lot of money there and thats why they lied to me and my wife repeatedly? Hmm. Good luck if you buy anything from here. It appears someone at this shop tried to sabotage our scooter because we insisted they honor their word at fixing a brand new scooter when quite a few things fell apart. I had to track owner down Brad through better business bureau for phone number. Bottom line both owners lied to us and charged us almost 450 dollars to do very little work on a BRAND NEW SCOOTER! My pregnant wife and I took the little money we had and purchased the scooter from them only to find we were lied to. Here is pics of some of the problems as well as finding aluminum pieces in oil pan. Both owners have lied to me on several occasions. Looks like we will see them in court in the future if we are able. I consider these people predators and I would never suggest you buy anything from them. Fell free to message me with any questions these people lied to us its your risk if you want to shop their. My advice. Absolutely never buy anything from this place! I feel the owners Brad and Drew are the most dishonest people I have ever bought a brand new vehicle from. Pics and more to follow.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. From the atmosphere, to the amazing customer service, there isnt much these guys wont do to ensure that every client leaves happy. My first time walking into the shop, I didnt know anything about motorcycles other than the fact that I wanted one. Brad and Drew helped me out each step along the way ensuring that not only I found a bike I liked, but also that It was safe and reliable. The selection of gear in the store is great, and what they dont have in the store they can usually get in for you just 48 hours after ordering. The service department has been absolutely fantastic as well! Derek, JR, and the rest of the mechanics are not only extremely talented, but knowledgeable and so willing to take the time to explain underlying issues to clients. Whether your bike wont run, or you want to make it the fastest on the street, these guys will do everything they can to make sure youre leaving satisfied. Genuinely dont know where Id be without them! Probably in a ditch or in debt! I cannot recommend them enough.

BEWARE Came in for some cosmetic damage to be repaired under insurance and a new chain. They took the whole 4 grand plus another 1 grand out of my pocket, lost hardware, didnt fix issues that they said they did, somehow mixed up the plug wires after attempting to check the valve clearances, emptied a whole tank of gas 3 times in a row and not filling it when I picked it up (yes I had to pick it up and return it multiple times for MAJOR issues with their work), the desk representative was rude to me after I expressed my displeasure. The last encounter I had with them I requested a refund and I was told that wasnt possible. Long story short, they had my bike for over six months and the only thing done right was the fiberglass work on the pannier they had outsourced. I should have reported them to the BBB and my insurance company. I still havent ridden that bike any meaningful distance because I cant trust it after they monkeyed with it.

I went into this establishment due to my chain being real loose. I asked how much it cost for them to tighten my chain back up and they told me the price to tighten and lube my chain back up. I paid for the service and got NO receipt for my service when they performed the service. When I got back on my bike it rode like a CHAMP and I couldnt have been happier. But after about 3-4 weeks then chain loosened up and I took my bike back up there for them to see if they would reticfy the situation but they came explaining to me what happened and that I needed a new chain. I already knew I needed a new chain but I just wish I was told that and that it would be of no use to just tighten the chain back up.. I BELIEVE I was RIPPED off in my book!!!!!! Will not be returning to get any services performed here and I was also told by a friend that had a bad experience here too!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Travelling from Louisiana, we broke down on our Honda Goldwing Trike,. Brought it to Century Kentucky Motorsports. Like to thank the Manager, Clerks, and Mechanics, for taking us in, finding our problem with our trike.., did a thorough check. Before ordering a EFI part the brain. They were concerned about the cost . So they overnight the part, from Florida. Put the part on, got the bike back together.They were very corteous, gave us advice where to eat, stay, and tour.. So we made it back to Louisiana safely, and bike ran smoothly as ever...Thank You Central Kentucky Motorsports, from Carl & Janice Deville stranded in Lexington Ky,., From Louisiana....

Shop was AMAZING... I have a big race coming up this weekend in Atlanta, I explained what I needed done to my R6 and the guys went above and beyond what I needed and got me in and out faster then I could have imagined! Ill never go back to Lexington motor sports and pay thier over priced labor and have my bike gone for what seems like forever.... To sum up my experience... Local Shop owned by Local guys and local service at a better price and better job done then anywhere around

Just ordered some parts for my race bike yesterday and they showed up on my porch today! Talked to Brad and told him what I was looking to buy and he was as helpful as always. He even gave me the option of a cheaper version of what I was looking for to save me some money even though it meant less for him. You cant beat an honest, local, racer-owned business! Stop in to their new location or call them for all your motorsports needs! Thanks CKM!

Great shop and staff. You wont find the quality of work they do anywhere else in town or in the state for the prices they charge for labor. Brad and Drew are both great guys and always eager to help anyone who walks through the door. I knew next to nothing about motorcycles The first time I walked through their door and they taught me everything I know now. The boys over there do a great job and stand behind their work.

These guys are great! I am new to the motorcycle world and they helped me through every step. I bought a bike from craigslist and they went thru the whole thing for me, for a fraction of the price of other shops, I checked. They did a lot of work for me and had it done in no time. I got set up with gear from them as well and I could not be happier with my experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody I met.
