What makes this particular BJs location special is the tire and auto department. I blew out the side wall on one of my tires after hitting a huge pothole and limped my way to this garage and they fixed me up even though they were closing (got there 5 minutes before quiting time). I cant thank you all enough. Great service, great deal on tires and tire warranties. If you need a new set, this is the spot to check first. The man who fixed me up was named Alton. A gentleman and a scholar that one. Thanks again.

The member assistance is awful! The deli has great prices but terrible service, I worked here for a few years. They use to be all about making their members happy. That is no longer. Go into the deli and ask them to slice you some cheese and put liner between a few slices so it wont stick together....even with no one in line.. they will tell you they cant. That is a lie. They can.. they are just lazy. You are better off going some place who values their costumers.

This store is usually very good better prices than Costco and more selection. I like paying for the membership that gives back 2% b/c I always get my money back for shopping and than some. The employees have been getting better with time. The store brands are real good I love the pork tenderloin. Fair prices for the things you need!

This store has smaller selection sizes which is great and caters more to small families. Sometimes you dont need the larger quantities or have space for them. Lines dont backup as much due to self checkout and a service station in front of customer service that pulls customers when the lines get long. Great customer service.

To say the least, it is better than Sams Club and Walmart in Woodbridge. The place is neat and organized and they have better discounts and supplies than their competitor. The only downside Id have to say would not be on them. Its who (paves) the location. It hasnt been paved in decades.

Its been 3 months since I moved to a new place and I dont see any coupons books in my mail, box I went to customer service for help and they told me to them give a couple of months..still dont see any not good customer service ...

The store is fine, you can always find a good deal in store. The best part is the gas! Always 10 - 30 cents cheaper than any gas stations in a 10 mile radius. The membership price is more than worth what youll save on gas.
