I like that BJs takes manufacturers coupons and the selection is pretty good but I hate that most of the time I go during the day they dont have any cashier or just one and nobody to put things in the cart. I also dislike that I have gone in with coupons and almost every time one or more items werent available in this location. Going alone with my young daughter becomes impossible because ringing out groceries while she gets frustrated is beyond stressful. And then half the things/coupons require a cashier who is running between all the self-checkout kiosks. Will not renew and will instead go to Costco because BJs cant bother to have cashiers.

Our local, Webster,N.Y., BJs store has some of the most helpful employees Ive encountered. I asked for green bananas, rather than yellow, & the produce associate stopped stocking shelves & checked his stock & produced them quickly & politely. While awaiting his return, another employee asked me to sample a featured food item. Nice touch & a pleasurable experience.

We shopped coupon items and they accepted 2 expired ones which we thought was above and beyond service. We shop here frequently and find prices better than the grocery stores but the quantities are larger. We also find that the prices do not always beat grocery store sale prices.

BJs has a lot of products that I buy at a good value so thats why I shop here. Theyre making some changes in product line but generally have many things I need. They have discontinued a number of my favorite products so now I spend a bit less there than in the past.

This is the second time in a month that I have gone to BJs in webster and they did not have the items to go along with their coupons...they have also not had some items on my list..very unhappy because I depend on buying those items to help my budget...
