I have been filling up with fuel at this Costco (Winchester, Va) for several years. I drive past a Flying J gas station at the VA/WV state line that has a prominent price display high above I-81 for all to see. This morning it was $2.059/gal. Today is the first time EVER that Costco did not beat that price by at least three (3) cents per gallon. I was very disappointed when filling up at Costco to find Costcos price not at or below $2.029/gal but instead was $2.159/gal or ten (10) cents per gallon above Flying Js price. I never had to use Gas Buddy before to check area fuel prices but Costco had ALWAYS been the least expensive fuel in the region. Costcos price for one gallon of regular unleaded went up from $1.989/gal to $2.159/gal IN A WEEK! $0.17/gal while the world is in a oil glut. That is an 8.5% increase in A WEEK! Very disappointed in Winchester, VA!

I like Costco but I dont like it because you have to pay for a membership to buy here, but I dont know maybe its a good deal for some people who like to buy everything from here and also get gas here that may also be cheaper almost like a Martins shopping and gas deal probably but Im not sure. You can find some good deals in here.. its the only place that Ive found so far that sells the biggest boxes of razors and healthy potato chips without anything bad in them, and buying clothes from here is about the same as Walmart or Gabes.. I dont like how its always so packed in here including the parking lot so it can be a challenge for elderly and the disabled. They have a lot of fast food type of things inside with good prices and a lot of free give outs. I think it would be a rough job to work here so take in consideration how many people they have to deal with...

Horrible service and would never recommend, this is only from a one-time appointment tho. The assistant at the desk was very pleasent, buy the doctor unfortunuatly wasnt. I called the Doctor I worked with a few previous days ago this morning, he informed he wouldnt be able to solve the issue or look into it, until he gets back from vacation weeks ago. I am highly disappointed and cant believe Costco lets this happen. Still deciding if I will never know again. The location is great from where I live. (Will update if resolved)

I have very good memories of Costco. When I was around 10 years old my mom got me some pizza from the food court and said "this doesnt mean we can have pizza every time we come here." 15 years later my mom will buy me pizza if go with to help move heavy items. Costco is one of those great places that doesnt seem to change. Its there when you need it. Steady and reliable. Ive purchased several computers there. No major issues. Hard to complain about anything regarding this company.

Avoid it on the weekends if possible but if you dont like Costco you need to check your pulse. Exec. Membership gives us enough $ back every year to pay for another years membership. Michelin tires they sell and install on sale are a great deal considering the free installation services & inflation with nitrogen gas which helps increase mileage and save your Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensors (if equipped).

Nice store location with friendly staff, and a good atmosphere. Great prices on a good selection of high quality food, and it is also sometimes a great place for good deals on mens clothing. Their selection does change a lot in some areas, so it is not like many non-warehouse food stores where the selection is very reliable.

The staff seem satisfied, and as a family. It appears to be professional, clean, stocked and well laid out. A variance of people purchase there and it is refreshing to see folks from other countries. Unlike the density of the Washington areas stores. A pleasant experience. Costco for President !

Great place to shop at. Not easy to get into from I81 since there is only 1 entrance. Parking lot is really small for the amout of business they receive there! It would be nice if they had one in Martinsburg or Hagerstown. That would easy up the amount of congestion they get there!

Love costco, the only side down in every costco store is peoples who work there are so rude. I dont understand why since they survive and get a pay check cause the costumers spend money there; if there were no costumers the store have to close down and they will be jobless.

Just unpacked my stuff and the bread ii bought is squished flat. Customer service is cralpy and now I have throw it out and buy new bread. Thank you Costco for crappy person on the phone and ripping me off. I am not driving 20 miles because you made a mistake.

Lowest gas prices and highest rated gas quality (3tier). Best prepared chicken and other foods, household items. Always handicapped riding buggies available - thank you Costco for your respect. An employee helped load my car. Merry Christmas!

Terrible, they no longer carry many of items I buy. I have filled out numerous requests without any response. I will not be renewing my membership and have recently joined Sams as they carry many items that are no longer available at Costco.

Absolutely love the Winchester store.Customer service staff is wonderful. All the employees have great attitudes and are willing to help you with finding items.Store is always well stocked.I find they have the best prices on everything.

Great people that seem to enjoy working there, a fun place to shop, I like getting 2% back on my purchases, $5 rotisserie chickens that are HUGE, easy returns...mattresses even have a 10 year return policy (Ive heard).

Nice Costco. Good service, lots of customers during peak hours. Parking. Second tier Gasoline available, smack dab in the middle of the parking lot offers pennies of savings at the cost of 40 or so parking spaces.

Getting gas from Costco is a must if youre worried about price. I love going in on Saturdays and trying all the samples. My one issues are how cramped the check-out is and how dirty the food stop is in the front.

Great bulk variety but pay attention to prices vers volume sometimes not as good of a deal as it looks on some idems but there are alot of deals that are well below every day prices elsewhere.

Nice store and laid out well. Cashier I had could of been nicer and not thrown merchandise but Ive been here a few times and havent had that before. 1.50 hot dog lunch is always a winner!!

This Costco compared to others has fairly low traffic. Best time is mid-week, early afternoon. Store is very clean and staff much more helpful than others outside of the region.

Always picking up something I dont know was needed till I saw it here. Lot of free samples of food stuffs. A fun place to shop and browse this modern clean well stocked store.

The people are nice. Its a little rough getting through the parking lot but I havent been to a Costco yet that doesnt have the main entrance right where all the cars come in.
