Usually a fan of Big R but not this time. Needed a coupon from the coupon book for a buck off a T-shirt so walked back to the front of the store to get the coupon as I was buying 4.At checkout the dollar didnt come off . (4) Oh no , you have to send in for a rebate. Really ? For a lousy buck a T-shirt you have to send in for a rebate ?

During my last trip to Michigan City, my girlfriend and myself stopped here to just look around. I ended up getting a new hand gun, some ammo, and a sweatshirt for the girl. Had very quick service buying the gun and awesome help when checking out with the rest of the stuff! LOVE BIG R!

The Michigan City store has the most helpful and friendly staff. The choices are geared for the Pet owner birds to bulls and hares to horses. The farming community can also find needful things here in one store. The clothing selection is mostly quality with an eye to the outdoors

Outstanding customer service. I went in to look at safes and the gentleman in sporting goods was kind enough to open each one for me to inspect. He gave me great information that allowed me to make a very informed decision. I found what I needed and bought it on the spot.

Do not go to this store they refused to return an item even though all requirements were met. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be purchasing anymore products from this store. Save your time and go to tractor supply or walmart.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. They do not stand behind store return policy and make exceptions as needed. Staff poorly trained on policy, inconsistency between staff members when asked the same questions.

They have a great selection of all different kinds of stuff. From seeds and farm needs to clothing and snacks. I like the aisles are much wider than Tractor Supply so its easier to navigate and find what u need.

This is an odd store, seems to be mainly for country folks as it has a lot of hunting and camping equipment and camo everything. They do have a nice selection of guns and ruffles

Only place I can find my odd size. Its tough to find pants for us "fit and tall" people. This store has plenty. Also a nice supply of Ansi-3 coats and shirts.
