I just want to give an amazing shout out to EVERYONE at Bosak Kia.. from sales, finance (the whole team, I cant remember their individual names at the moment) service, the body shop; everyone! Lou helped me on two separate occasions buying two kias fortes within less than two months. I honestly thought there was going to be nothing they could pull off and they did it without complaint. They got it all done in one day and I drove off with my "new" Forte that was practically just like my old one!!!! Amazing amazing amazing. Service has helped me as well with my tire pressure sensor being a pain in the butt. They fixed it right quick and Michael at the desk is just fabulous (not to mention cute as a button.) He hung out and spoke with me about things and even bought me lunch because of the inconvenience! Then I had to bring it in again because I hit a snow/ice mound and screwed up my undercarriage piece and cracked my front bumper. So it went over to the body shop and they Fixed it that way it was driveable and wont be a problem until Ill have the money to do it. Im only a server with a 6 year old (with no financial help) so you can imagine my bank account isnt pretty. Thank you guys again. Seriously, from the bottom of my heart. I would be careless without you!! Huge props to everyone! Michael, Lou, and everyone else. I will be back every time I need anything and will recommend you all to everyone I know.

Just bought my first car (Kia Niro) from here, and I couldnt have been in better hands with these guys! I worked with Tom to figure out what model and options worked best for me and my price point. I always felt that he was genuine and truly looking out for me. I live kind of far from the dealership, so I did a test drive somewhere closer to me, and I could not have been happier to return here to make my purchase instead of with one of those other sketchy dealerships where you feel pushed around. They really spend the time to make sure you are going to be happy with your purchase! I know I am! When I went to get my car, Janelle spent a ton of time with me to show me all the features and even set up my phones bluetooth and everything! She was so nice and helpful with all my questions. If you want to feel like youre buying from family, this is the place to go. Theyll take care of you, and you drive off the lot knowing you were taken care of.

Best experience I ever had at a car dealership. I wish I could remember the woman that helped me I tend to remember faces but forget names lol. Soon as I came in she was waiting for us with a smile. I already had a car in mind but after taking it for a test drive I seen a 2013 Chevy Malibu. The Malibu was in my favorite color, the interior was beautiful and loved how it felt to me like That special feeling when you know its made for just me. The drive was fantastic. The Malibu took me a a fun enjoyable ride thet changed my choice from the Kia forte to the Chevy Malibu. After I bought the car in full I drove it right back to home to surprise my wife. I never seen her and my daughter happy to see a New car lol. Yes its a 2013 4 years old but how this car was taken care of it looks like it just came out of the Show Room. Thank You Bosak Kia for making this experience with you truly amazing

I just want to say my husband and I had the best car buying experience at Arnell Kia! This week we purchased a 2012 Sorento. Kerry Comer was our salesman and he was very informative. When I went to look I found one I really liked but by the time I came back with my husband, it was bought. Kerry and the finance manager found us another one the had even more features! I love it. Kerry also introduced us to pretty much all of the Arnell staff. The best part of all was the fact I never felt like they were hiding anything about the price of the new suv and my trade-in. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car give them a try. I have owned many cars and I have never had such an easy buying experience!

I cant say enough good things about my recent experience with Bosak. A car dealership is a standard find no matter where you go, but the staff here is what sets them apart from the others. My salesman was Dakota, who was hands down one of the most down to earth people Ive seen in customer service. He mentioned the family-based atmosphere Bosak carries, and that is definitely something that reflects on their customers. The finance manager deserves a high-five, he gave me a few laughs! I left with my Jeep (which was a trade-in) the same day I found it just by searching the internet. They made it easy, and if I could do it over again, I would.

Eric and his Kia Service team rocked it. They have always taken good care of me. This last visit was no exception. I had taken my Kia down to Nielsens Kia in Michigan City for a Diagnostic. They came back with a rail fuel pump issue and quoted me over $900 to fix. I took it back to Eric and he said I didnt need one of the parts (hed use existing), and could get me a better deal on the part. The integrity and work ethic at Arnell Kia is exceptional. Eric is great to work with and always gives it to you straight. I trust him and his team...that is saying a lot in the auto sales and repair industry.

After going to another dealership which I will not mention the name of and walking out totally dissatisfied, my husband recommended stopping at Bozak Kia in Burns Harbor. We were greeted courteously and promptly by a sales associate Janelle and then the sales manager Tom both of whom were very pleasant and personable! They worked diligently to find us the car we were looking for and found one in no time at another dealership and had it there for us the next day! We were both extremely happy with our experience there and will highly recommend this dealer to anybody and everyone!!

By far the best customer service!!! Everyone that works there is so helpful and treats you like a valued customer. Whenever I get my oil changed, my car is washed and the interior is left just the way it was when I dropped it off (no dirt or grime left behind).. The body shop is simply amazing! I had some repairs that needed to be done and Stacy was there to help me every step of the way and made the process easy and stress free. The paint on my car was flawless and I was very impressed with the work that was done there.. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and body shop!!

Called about a new car that had a great price advertised online at $20,989. Turns out, after all the disqualifications, the real price was 24,700. My parents have been tricked into calling before like this. Legally, we cannot complain- the disclaimer is stated at the bottom of the ad. To get the $20,989 price, one had to have all of the following and more: at least have a 1999 or newer GM Vehicle, a specific vehicle trade in, Farmers Insurance, etc. Buyer be aware- is this the practice you respect in an automotive retailer ethically?
