I hate car salesmen! Having said that, Mr. Holder did not behave like one, nor did he try to get me to even look at any other car on the lot. He took me to the car i was there to look at and was very kind and honest in every dealing I had with him. the Facilities are barebones, no coffee no flashy floor or gaudy building, which contributes to his low overhead and allows him to keep his prices below market. We were interested his 2013 VW Passat, much to his wifes chagrin, and he said it was in great condition. Me being the dealership weary car shopper, I took his words with a grain of salt and took the car to Hallmark VW in nashville. 50 miles there and the car did not give the slightest indication that anything was wrong. However, once on the rack, the tech noted there was a ECM software update, that they would try to squeeze in, but otherwise, the car was perfect! I could have saved 115$ by listening to Mr. Holder that it was unnecessary, but I am stubborn, and anyways, it is wise used car buying advice to THOROUGHLY check every used car you purchase, as others who have purchased vehicles from him failed to do. All in all, the high number of positive reviews on Mr. holder and Holder automotive are completely deserved, and anyone with any other experience obviously failed in their due diligence. Mr. Holder, it was a pleasure doing business with you, and Roys BBQ with live music night was fantastic!

In true car salesman fashion, we were duped into driving almost 180 miles to purchase a car from this establishment. Calling first to make sure there was no issues other than what was listed and being assured the car was in perfect working order, we set out (missing a day of work in the process) to purchase the vehicle represented by Holder Automotive. Upon arrival, the car was no where in sight on the lot. We inquired within only to be told the vehicle in question was in the garage bay "drying out the carpets". Apparently he misunderstood the question when we asked if there was anything about the car we should know. He has had the vehicle for over 3 months, but tried to lie to us and say he didnt know the sunroof leaked. Wow, not only did he "forget" to mention the super leaky sunroof, also he neglected to mention the fact that the glove box was broken, as well as the center console. So when viewing a car on this sight, make sure that you understand that his version of in good shape may not comply with that of say Blue Book values. We were looking at a 2006 Buick Rendezvous CXL. Total shyster in my opinion.

They are a bunch of crooks!!! I bought a 2004 ford taurus paid in cash the day i bought it. They didnt send my title to me until i had the car for 3 months!! And now my car is spewing antifreeze everywhere! And to fix it my motor and transmission has to be took out for them to even get to the part to fix it!! And the mechanic told me theres no way that holders couldnt have known it was messed up when they sold it to me! That its been leeking for a long time now. But the car is used so theres no warranty so theres nothing i can do about it! Thanks holders! Hope no one else gets sucked in like i did
