Grooming team is lethargic and lazy, especially Marco. This being my first time at Petsmart Tysons Corner, my dog needed her shots verified. Marco was visibly discouraged that he was on hold with my vet and kept sighing as if he was not going to be there for his shift the whole day anyway. Then when examining my dog (short haired 7 pound toy poodle) he said that he would need an extra 30 minutes to brush her 1/4 inch hair! I do not get it. I did not trust my dog to be groomed under his care, wouldnt want her to be nicked by accident since his job seemed to be a chore for him. Rather than taking any chances, I canceled the appointment on the spot. Hopefully the Pets Hotel will be better.

I was incredibly impressed with the quality of service I received today as I was visiting this store with my dog. Not only was the associate very courteous but she actually made an excellent suggestion as to what kind of harness/dog carrier would be best for my dog who has lost the use of her hind legs. She was not just trying to make a sale but was really trying to find the best product for us. Very much appreciated!

We just took our 50-lb. beagle mix to be groomed and are very happy with the results. When I called they were able to fit him in the next day and they did an excellent job with his bath and nail trimming. His nails look better than they ever have after grooming. He is a bit skittish and hates being bathed but his groomer Cara was so warm and comforting to him. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, very well-lit, with a highly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I purchase lots of fish here, and they all come in the best of health. Im surprised that a chain store has such good quality and service.

Helpful staff with regards to fish and dog equipment. They hold monthly (?) puppy adoptions at this locations on Saturdays. They also have carpet cleaner rentals for around $25. Super useful...

Rude service at pet hotel. My dog has been to other petsmart hotels and we were always treated well. This location ruined our trust and we will not return to any petsmarts for boarding.

Great site but dont bring your dogs here during the Summer months. Theyve had their parking lot resurfaced and it reaches burn levels during the Summer. Horrible for dog feet.
