Well, I will start this review saying that I dont use to leave a lot of reviews in the web (bad or good), however, I see a lot of people just making reviews only when Negative situations have happened. And yes, I would complain publicly against the store if Im not satisfied or something went wrong with my purchase experience with them. But it is fair for some businesses to have good reviews to be published when they earn them too, of course. It will make the purchasing decisions easier for other users like me, looking for recommendations in the web. My case is, I visited more than 3 furniture stores, and while all other offered me 24 months no interest, higher prices and not so high class quality for what they were asking for, I found Rooms to Go very reasonable. In fact, I bought my actual Living room from them 9 years ago, and I still have it. Now I bought a Bedroom Set, although was the most expensive bedroom set in the store, its worth it. Sturdy, high quality and nice design. Also the Delivery and customer care very helpful. The dresser came with 1 drawer broken, they sent me the replacement 2 weeks later (with confirmation of deliveries, confirmation calls of my entire satisfaction, etc). Also, they honored a Presidents Day sale (2 lamps for the price of 1), they sent me the EXTRA lamp few days later, honoring the Sale in the internet. Additionally, 2 days after the set was delivered I found a very thin black line in the header of the bed (in the beige upholstery design part), they sent me 1 week later a Guy to clean the spot professionally and he disappeared the thin stain line in minutes. Overall, Im pretty satisfied with the quality, service and the price I paid for it (not mentioning the 5 years No interest financing they gave me, versus all the other stores offering 3 years as the most and special event financing). Dont think Rooms-to-go only sells Cheap furniture versus the competition. Give them a try to look their showroom, they have different models even in different showrooms in same city, at all prices. I guess all furniture stores have their HIGH and CHEAP class furniture in their showrooms. You just have to compare their prices and financing offers, and you will see the results. I cant speak for the other reviews from people who have experienced bad results in their purchases with Rooms to Go, what I can say here is my experience, and trust me, I visited 3 other big furniture stores in my area, I did my math and comparisons, and again, I will stick with Rooms to Go.

I went yesterday to the Dadeland store to purchase Bunkbeds for my twins. At the time of the sale the salesperson Marcello was the nicest, we told him that we first had to measure the room because we thought it wouldnt fit. He told us that everything was on sale and that if we wanted those prices, we would need to leave a deposit. He told us that if it didnt fit just to call him and he would refund us. As soon as we got home we measured and it didnt fit and immediately called Marcello Gutierrez, he told us to call him tomorrow that he would be there from 10 to 3. My husband immediately called him this morning and he would say that he would call him when the manager got in because they were the only ones to do a refund. My husband would wait and Marcello would not call him, my husband called him two more times. Finally, my husband called and asked to speak to a manager and they said the manager was off. Then he spoke to the receptionist and she said to come in and speak to the assistant manager Keisha. When I walked in to see Marcello, he was not the nice salesperson from yesterday. I guess that he was surprised to see me in person!! He had an attitude and didnt even want to speak to me. He was now cold and rude!!! He sent me to the back, Keisha the assistant manager made me wait 15 minutes and she never came to see me. Some random man from the office finally gave me the refund. I had a question and he told me that I had to ask Marcello, when I approached him with the question he rolled his eyes and was snappy with his respond. I guess its because he lost $3,200 in sales. People please go somewhere else to purchase your furniture because they want your deposit and they hold on to it and stall so that 48 hours pass and you lose your money. I wish that I would of read the reviews before going because this has happened to others. I hope this review helps someone out there. Thanks for taking the time and reading this review.

DO NOT TRUST THE SALES ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN WASTE THEIR TIME GOING THERE. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MIAMI TO DATE. Theyll lie to you and tell you whatever they need to in order to close a sale. Domingo Dones (the untrustworthy sales associate I had to deal with), assured me that delivery of a sofa I bought there would be done the Saturday I requested. He only did this after checking that it was not available at the moment we spoke and I told him Id be going elsewhere to purchase another sofa. Then he went to speak to his manager and all of a sudden the sofa was available. When I called their customer service department to confirm the delivery time on the date we agreed, I was told the sofa would be delivered 20 days later and that the sales associate had requested Sep 1st instead of Aug 13th. When I complaint to the sales associate he commented that he confirmed the date because he though he could deliver the date I requested (not because he could actually commit to his word for sure) In there words, he lied to me to close the sale knowing he could not commit to his word, but hed rather to not see me go on the chance that I would not complaint later on, o he might actually be able to deliver. In the meantime, I got left with no sofa (obviously they could not deliver the day he promised) and I lost a minimum of one week (now I have to lose more time on this matter going to other stores) when I could have gone to any of the hundreds of stores in town instead of this one. APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is the worse thing that ever happened to me is so unbelievable I go to the store with my daughter with $1,700 cash to get only a sofa and a bed for my granddaughter while Im getting my sofa they took my daughter to see my granddaughter bed by the time I come back I see my daughter singing some papers she tell me they was helping her to fix her credit and they was giving her 60 month free of interest lies they tell my daughter to sing many paper my daughter dont work is disabled will this people are a bunch of Crocks still your. Money right there in your face tell you dont worry you can do this you building up your credit and is a buch of scam a month later this woman call me and tell me no you didnt buy furniture you rent them and if you dont pay $380 a month we will pick them up so I end up paying $380 that month and 2 more month I call them to see what can I do I cant pay $380 a month there is no way so I tell them please tell me how much do I owe I can do this the answer was no you have to pay $8,600 now if you want them please this is crazy amount this people do all this scam on purpose so you can end up paying 3 times for whatever you got there please share your comment if something similar happen to you thanks and good luck with this people they delinquent with license
