Im writing this review for a company I work for in Miami. La Lita Beach Resort and Spa. They recently assigned me to redecorate their outdoor patio areas- which is no easy feat. Their first concern, and a complaint that many customers had had, was that they needed more sitting areas. So I knew one of my main concerns was to find furniture. One of the most difficult parts of finding furniture for resorts is finding something that fits the hotels style while also being functional and easy-to-clean. Not to mention the comfort factor- as you obviously want your customers to enjoy the seats. I began searching around, to begin with, mostly at department stores- hoping to find something in budget. But after a few weeks of endless searching and constant "No, that wont work"s, I knew I had to try and find something else. So I started looking for companies that specialized in patio furniture. A fellow interior designer in the area recommended Javaan Patio. It couldnt hurt to give them a call- so I did. Our order was fairly large, so instead of talking to a representative I ended up speaking to the owner himself. Muhamed, is a really professional guy who answered all of my questions honestly, respectfully, and promptly. His price estimates were dead on (a lot of companies hide fees and taxes- he did not, he was honest with the total). I basically explained to him what I needed. -Something that fit our upscale relaxed style, preferably in a white or tan hue. -Something that was functional, could be moved if need be, and very easy to clean. -Something that was comfortable, that people would enjoy sitting in. -Tables with large serving areas for easy and efficient dining. -Some peices with umbrellas or shade-providers attached. Within a few days I had recieved a sample of EXACTLY what I was hoping for. They followed all of my directions to a T, and then provided me with furniture that accentuated our beach front property perfectly. Their price range was comparable to other patio furniture providers. But I was willing to pay even a bit extra for their magnificant service. As all of the peices arrived and began to fill their required spaces I was very happy. They were all of the utmost high quality. None came damaged, and all have heald up with a very durable stature through the one year of use theyve now been through. Ive had no complaints from the owners. And the managers say that they look great and work perfectly for their resort. I highly recommend Javaan Patio, and look forward to possibly working with them again in the future.

My husband and I went on Saturday, Labor Day weekend at noon. We loved the selection and the prices for what we wanted were the most reasonable wed come across after a month of shopping around. By 3 pm, the sofa was delivered. Unfortunately, a sofa cushion was missing from the truck. The owners wife (it is a family run business) personally brought the cushion to our home in Coconut Grove that evening. Great customer service and prices. Highly recommended.

Jaavan Patio a Furniture brand for hotels and Restaurants is the best seller at this area. Their furniture for outdoor patio for hotels and restaurants are very attractive. I found their business is very large but now well founded online, Mohamed is the nice man who is the owner of this business and it was great to deal with him. Reasonable price for maximum satisfaction. Highly recommended.
