Totally ripped off at this location! Ive been looking to buy a pair of Red Wing boots for some time. Decided to get them at DNA because I like the idea of supporting local businesses. So I go in and find the boots Im looking for in my size and buy them. When I get home, I notice a small hole in the leather uppers - not a huge deal, but these are expensive boots. No big deal, Ill take them back to exchange them. Sales rep acknowledges that they are messed up, but there are no pairs left in my size, and its a closed stock item. They offered me store credit, but I came specifically for these boots - store credit wont cut it. I ask for a refund and am refused. Im a little flustered at this point, so I leave. Come back two days later figuring Ill speak with a manager. Instead Im met with the same rep who originally sold me the shoes. Hes much less helpful than the other rep - he implies that I am a liar and says I probably damaged the boots myself. So now Im out $300 and stuck with a flawed pair of boots. Thanks for the awesome customer service, DNA Footwear!
Another review echoing tales of their poor customer service; the people who work at this store just arent good people. I was shopping for shoes with my husband while nine months pregnant; the baby had dropped and everything. Naturally, I had to pee while I was there. I asked the cashier if I could use their bathroom, and he said no! He wasnt apologetic about it either; he actually rolled his eyes when I explained that Im nine months pregnant and needing to pee causes a lot of pain. If you have ever experienced life with someones head crushing your bladder you know how evil that man is!!! I wanted to walk out right then but the (lazy) salesgirl had just come back with my husbands shoes, which he needed for a wedding the next day, and they were 25% off, so they got the sale - but we are NEVER EVER EVER EVER going back there.

Gotta give some love to DNA Footwear. Ive bought my last three pairs of shoes here and golashes. Yes the salespeople do seem on commission and maybe they are but it was no different than any other shoe store ive ever been in. Nice environment, very good selection. Prices are about what you would expect.
I liked the shoes, the help wasnt so welcoming though, I didnt feel the warm welcome I observed other customers getting. It could also be because of the neighbourhood. Think I will be spending my hard earned cash elsewhere next time I am seeking merchandise of this nature.
While most DNA locations have a good assortment of shoe styles, on a late July afternoon, I found most of the shoes to be of the flip flop and short sandal variety. Little to no dressier shoe styles, but they always have a sale on flip flops, which rocks.

Rude people working. Very pushy, shows they work on commission, they are just trying to sell you something instead of helping you find what you want. Also, I had to exchange the shoes I bought for half a size bigger and it was an ordeal.

Ordered some shoes online, but they werent available. They should keep their website more up to date.
They sell amazingly comfortable shoes. I discovered a new brand there - Densko. Helpful assistants.
Its an overpriced, small selection shoe store. But it will do in a pinch
