Yesterday my husband and I visited the New Jersey ,Cherry Hill store to purchase work boots this product was highly recommended by a friend this was my first every going to this store and I will say I will never return or purchase anything the customer service was horrible ,first the sales person Sarah Ferguson was very indirectly rude I asked her questions while she helped my husband she would never give me direct eye contact while really ignoring me she made a statement about my husband shoe size and I quote ( forget what they told you at Payless this is a better quality) I NOR MY HUSBAND HAS EVER SHOPPED THERE , I WAS TAKEN BACK BY HER VOGUE STATEMENT AND CONDUCT . I TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT`S IT NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE ,AS WE GOT OUR THINGS TO LEAVE ANOTHER COUPLE CAME IN THE STORE TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND PURCHASE NEW BOOTS SHE AGAIN WAS RUDE TO THESE PEOPLE WHEN THEY ASK HER( SARAH FERGUSON) TO CONTACT HER ( DISTRICT MANAGER ) SHE REFUSED ,SHE GAVE THEM A LAME EXCUSE ABOUT REPLACEING THE BOOTSSAID THEY WERE ONLY 6MONTH (WRTY) WHEN SHE JUST INFORMED MYSELF AND HUSBAND THAT THE WARRANTY WAS A YEAR FOR THE BOOTS WE LOOKED AT ,so if we purchased the boots and had a problem we would get treated the same way horrible customer and sales manager ,I will be reporting this to the CORP OFFICE TODAY .

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I loved my Red Wing boots and wore them every day, so when I found that the sole was separating from the leather upper I was upset, especially for a pricier work boot. When I took them into the shop their lady manager told me without looking at the shoe its a six month warranty and there was nothing she could do to unless I wanted to pay 100 dollars to potentially fix them. My issues with the warranty aside, it was the way she gave me this information that I found unacceptable. She didnt care when I excitedly told her how much I had loved them and worn them daily, didnt look to see what had really gone wrong with the boot, and really barely looked up from the paperwork she was doing behind the counter. I was clearly an inconvenience and she didnt seem at all concerned in keeping my business. If you had asked me a week ago I would have said Id be a Red Wing loyalist for life, and now Im sure Ill never go back in again.
