It was a HUGE relief to find this car dealership. After dealing with lying, cheating car salesmen and shady dealerships (even the major ones in town!) it was a breath of fresh air to deal with this business. The people are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, fair, and extremely honest. I could hardly believe I was being treated so well after getting the run around from other dealerships. We wanted a car that they didnt have on their lot at the time, and so I shot them an e-mail with what we were looking for and at what price we wanted. The VERY next day they had found us the exact car we wanted, and went out of their way to do a complete "fine tooth comb" inspection in their service department and make sure that it was a quality car. Whenever we purchase our next vehicle, I will not even try other dealerships. Hibdon Auto Center is the best!

I have neever had such a positive experience at a car dealership! I went in with my old car and left in the car that i had been wanting for a while! The staff was great and made myself and boyfriend feel at home. We worked with Lynn and she did a phenomenal job helping us get financed ( as well as the amazing finance girl, suzanne) What impressed me the most was that the sales manager came out and introduced himself and small talked with us for a while and not only that but him and the 2 ladies stayed almost an ENTIRE HOUR after they time they closed. love them all there and i would recommend stopping by, they make it so easy for the buyer!

Hibdon made sure my blown up A/C system got cleaned out properly and installed new compressor. The work was perfect and the shop itself was clean and modern. He spent time explaining all repair problems and was spot on (I researched problem BEFORE going there ). I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. Repair came in below high estimate due to extra parts for which he apologized. (1987 Suzuki Samurai)

5 STARS!!!!! We bought a vehicle from them 11 years ago. Awesome experience! Recently, I drove from Chico to Orland and saved $500.00 on my truck repairs by doing so. How? Their prices are unbeatable ($500.00 less than repair center in Chico!!!) Their service is top notch! I will never go anywhere else... even for oil changes. You guys ROCK!

our experience was so easy no pressure. everyone was was so helpful and friendly, from the salesman Larry to the owner Brittany, she made a special effort to come out and meet us. everyone was so friendly and helpful. we defiantly would recommend going there for your next car. we will go back when we are ready to get a pickup truck.

Honest compassionate and customer devotion is the first and only priority at Hibdon. The customer does not jump through hoops for a better deal. Hibdon jumps through as many hoops as necessary to insure the customer gets the best deal out there. Brittney and Cynthia are the real deal.

Treat people like crap. Make you jump through hoops and then never call back. So unprofessional. Even the receptionist lies for the salesman. Ignoring potential customers is bad business. You just lost a future customer and a single phone call would have fixed that.
