Last week, we were provided with excellent service at your sales lot, and we truly appreciate it. As you know, the Jeep Commander was the 2nd vehicle we purchased; one from Car Pros and one from Treasure Auto Sales. We chose to come back for our second vehicle after the great customer service we received during our first purchase. Moss was a pleasure to work with and made sure that all of our concerns with the vehicles were addressed when purchasing both vehicles. We are extremely grateful to Moss for being such a great salesman to work with, easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with. When we purchased our Jeep we had a few concerns with the front end and once again, Moss assured us that we would be taken care of. After purchasing the vehicle and taking it to a shop, we were told the shocks on the back were leaking and the sway bar bushing on the front drivers side was damaged. We also had a few other things that needed attention: the heated seats and rear park assist. When we went in to sign papers, Gabe met us outside and told us he could work on our vehicle the very next day. After tearing it down, Gabe encountered the real issue on the front end and took to resolving it right away. It ended up taking a couple more days than originally planned due to ordering parts and additional labor but we are grateful that Gabe took the time to find the real issue and fix it correctly so we didnt have to come back at a later time to fix the same issue. Gabe kept us in the loop with his progress once we gave him our personal number. When we picked up our vehicle we were extremely pleased that all issues had been resolved and the jeep drove smooth with no "clunking" on the front end. Seats heated up perfectly, and rear assist was working. We are beyond pleased and extremely satisfied with Gabes work and the lengths you went to keeping us satisfied with our purchase! Gabe also went one step further and contacted us the following day to make sure the vehicle was running well and there were no residual issues. He took it that extra step that most people never do and we were extremely impressed by his genuine efforts! We appreciate the honesty and integrity of your company and employees when it came to troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Gabe serviced our vehicle. You have definitely gained repeat customers who will refer all of their friends to Car Pros and Treasure Auto Sales!

Absolutely terrible !!! Not only did they not hold up there end of the due bill but they have called me multiple time excusing us of not fully paying are down payment, even now having to show them the receipt twice now. When we purchased the car we had pointed out two things that we would like to have fixed and they agreed to it in the due bill. We called and showed up multiple times to have this problem fixed and they kept saying that they had ordered a part and then said the got the wrong part and then asked us to come back in because they needed the VIN for the car to order a part. Low and behold they have yet to order any part and have not held up there end of the due bill. This is my first time ever buying a car i dont think it could have gone any worse. It finally took the company that we have the loan through calling before they even to attempted to address are problems. So let me just say "Caveat emptor".

Went to OR from CA to purchase a truck. We ended up purchasing a truck and they even bought us new tires for it but its been almost 2 months now and they still havent sent us paperwork so we can register vehicle!!! We have called dealership REPEATEDLY but no one will call us back anymore. We eventually called and asked the bank, we got our loan through, to try and help us but, even the bank is unable to get the paperwork from them!!!! So NOW were in 23k to the bank and another 5k to the dealership for a truck we cant drive!!!! Dont go here!!!! Save your money and heartache and shop elsewhere!

From first contact to purchase adam and Jim were great. Treated my wife and I with respect and listened to what we wanted and did everything they could do to get us the right truck and the right deal. The mechanic, Gabrial is a rock star!!!! Very high attention to detail and takes a lot of pride in his work! Will recommend them to anyone and will deffinatly shop here again

My dad and I had a great experience at this place today! Adam was very helpful and friendly and was not pushy. He was honest and went the extra mile to make sure I was well informed on the car I was interested in (and bought!). The staff there seemed very friendly and easy going. Our salesperson Adam was upfront and helpful and didnt try to smooth talk me into buying a car I didnt need or want. They worked with me on using my own financing, and even repaired a couple things I pointed out on the car I ended up buying from then. I would recommend buying from them.

Was lied to there was a noise in the front end of the vehicle and was told that it was new struts and they needed to be broke in. I took it to a dealership and was told that my CV Boots are blown. Not only that, but I only had the car three months and the head gasket on now blown a almodt a $4,000 dollar fix. Not cool. Nothing but lies

2 years ago I bought my mazda 3 from these guys, they gave me a great deal on my worthless trade in giving me more than anyone else would. They are a true small time family business and about as honest as a car dealer can be. The mazda is still kicking but and taking names you wont find any unwanted surprises in there vehicles
