Last Sunday 7/03/2016 I purchased a bedroom set,tempurpedic bed,mattress cover and 2 pillows grand total 7.408.63.. Took the covers and pillow home and got my delivery on Thursday, Im missing 2 legs to my night stand so its seating on the floor, try out the pillow on Thursday it hurt my neck terribly. I called the store on Friday explain the whole situation and they refused to exchange it because their policy. Johana promise to speak to a different manager and see what they could do and that she would called me back Saturday which is today and she did.. She preceded to tell me again that there was nothing she could do that she was sorry that it was a promotion, and that they were giving to me for free.. I then decided to check my bill I was charge .99 for the pillow but here is the kicker my sales person Maria Ramos added a furniture protection plan that I was not offer she went ahead and added with out no rigarsd as far if I was willing to spend that extra 279.00.. Now I called back speak to Johanna again I ask to speak with the store manager Jeff Samson he calls me back and after I explain the whole thing again , he trys to give me the run around how I chose the pillow which I didnt it was chosen for me according on how I sleep. once he sees Im not backing down he said all I can do for you is give you a gift card for 50.00 for the incovinniance so you can purchase another pillow however dont bring the other one back you can keep it and put it between your legs!!!!!! WRONG VERY OFFENCIVE... He could had chosen better words and said you can use it for your back whatever.. This has been the worst experience ever I will never go back to Ashley the first time I called they should had taken car of me. They should had never giving me the run around over a 50.00 pillow after I spend almost 8,000.00 is and embarrassment to the company and the choices of words terrible I feel offended and mistreated... This company is so clueless that they sent me an e-mail asking me to give a review in them a week after a cancelled and got a full refund on my purchase. My delivery date got changed 3 different times and the amazing part is that nobody ever called me once to notify me. Every time it was me calling the day before to find out it had been changed. I was lied to 2 times and treated like as if I was wrong when I had already paid in full and rearrange my schedule 3 times to accommodate theirs and had waited almost 3 weeks for the delivery. The tipping point came when they gave me confirmed that they would definitely deliver from 3 pm to 7 pm and I left work early. At 6:15 pm I called the "Customer Service" department which is the worst ever(I figured because they get this calls all the time and are sick and tired of mad clients). The lady told me that they said to wait until 7 pm and I should wait until then but they were going to contact the driver so they could call me and let me know if they were running behind. I called again at 6:55 pm and was told they they had no changes and that 7 pm was still my delivery time. I asked why I had not been called and they said they would contact the driver again and contact their distribution center so they could call me so by 8 pm my furniture had not arrived and I never received that call that I was told. I went to the store and cancelled my purchase, went home and they never arrived or called. The morning after I called to ask what happened and they are dumb enough to tell me that they never showed up because I cancelled! LOL. To say the least I will never buy there again and will mention my experience to anyone that I hear say that they need furniture and by the way, I work in Real Estate so I know lots of people that need furniture. Happy ending to my story...I went to a local furniture store that I happen to drive by and stop and got better furniture for less money and it was delivered 2 days after I purchased.

We finally decided to buy the items we need for our apartment due to the fact that your sales representative Michael Busted greeted us to find out what items we want to buy. The first time we went to browse around it seems that nobody cares but I guess they the representatives just want us to browse around. Mr. Michael Busted through his cordial approach and the sincerity to help us get the items we want to purchased made us stay and buy all the items we needed such as the Queensize Adjustable Bed, computer table, 5-pc. dining table and lastly the recliner. He was very helpful also in guiding us whom to call with regards to the computer table delivered which was dented on the corner and size is not correct. We looked for the replacement as they said according to policy we cannot return them. So we did get a smaller size computer table and when we complained about one of the chair that was wobbly, he directed us to call customer care. Johana was very helpful in making us understand that we should get a replacement for the computer table and assisted us in every way she can. People like Mr. Busted and Johana in your company should be commended for the attention and cordial assistance they have accorded us. Friends of mine complains about Ashley of their purchase. In our case, it is your sales representative, Mr. Busted who made us stay and for the patience he has shown us to get the items we want to our satisfaction. You should have more people like him who will go out of his way to satisfy their customers. He did not mind also wheeling me on the wheel chair as I just had a spinal surgery and due to the huge showroom you have in Kissimmee, it hurt my back walking and trying the beds but Michael got the wheel chair and drove it so I can get to see the different items we want to buy. He is very respectful and keep us abreast of items we have purchased. We surely thanked him.

Every time I have shopped at Ashley I have been frustrated with their crappy delivery service. This last time was no different. I will never shop at Ashley again. I ordered a table and chair set, and wanted to take it home with me so I didnt have to deal with their delivery shenanigans. As usual, they had nothing in stock and I didnt have any choice except to accept delivery. I stressed many times that my wife and I both work all day and that if we set aside a day for one of us to be home, it was imperative that the delivery occur on time and on that day. They assured us there would be no problems. Two days later, since we did not get a call verifying delivery, I called in to make sure it was still scheduled. It was not. They claimed they called me to verify delivery and because they could not reach anyone it would have to be rescheduled. Turns out, they were calling a number from many years ago that was no longer valid – even though I gave them two new cell phone numbers to call at time of purchase. After a heated exchange, the woman at Ashley promised she would call the delivery company and "get it fit in" for delivery. She stated she would call me back that night. Needless to say, she did not call me. The next day ( delivery day), as my wife sat at home waiting, I called to verify someone was coming. Guess what? It was not scheduled, the woman never called, and they told me I had no other choice but to wait a week again for a delivery. I canceled the delivery, not that it was ever actually going to arrive anyway, and called Ashley to demand a refund. Then I went online to Amazon and found the same exact table for $400 less. Free shipping. Two day delivery. No shenanigans. I am forever done with Ashley furniture. If you choose to shop there, good luck with their delivery service.
