Caveat emptor. Buyers be ware! My husband and I went with my mother to shop their for new living room furniture during the weekend sale after Thanksgiving. We picked out a new sectional and leather reclining chair that my mother paid cash for. We were informed at the time the chair was currently out of stock but would be available in the beginning of January. The sectional was in stock and would be delivered either that Thursday (4 days after purchase) or the following Thursday (11 days after purchase) depending on how long it would take to arrive from the warehouse. Both Thursdays come and go with no word from Levin. My mother calls and checks on the status and is told the delivery was delayed and the sectional would be delivered within the next two weeks. This time period comes and goes with no update from Levin. So again we contact them and are given a similar story as the last contact. My mother then reaches out to our sales person, who checks into the order and says the sectional is now out of stock but they should be receiving a shipment of the sectional soon. A week after we call for another update and suddenly the sectional is out of stock with no ETA as to when it will be in stock but a promise of calling as soon as it is available. We are now in early January (when the out of stock chair was supposed to be available) and have no word on when the chair or sectional will be arriving. Utterly poor customer service, rude associates on the phone, and an exceptionally long delay on products that were paid for in cash at the time of purchase. Not once has Levin contacted us proactively to provide any updates. Disappointing, terrible service which is especially surprising after the great experience we had with our sales man in the store. Do not purchase from them off you can avoid it. The service and quality they used to be known for are gone. My mother of now out a large sum of money with no product or service to show for it.

My father and my mother went to 23100 Broadway Ave. Levin Furniture. They spoke with a sales person by the name of Maureen Stock. She is suppose to be certified. They went to purchase a living room set which was advertised. They looked at the living room set and the ones that they had were damaged. So my father asked Maureen did they have the same set in the warehouse, she said yes. The living room set was then purchased. My parents waited for days for it to be delivered. When it was delivered it was damaged with the same identical spot on the sofa that was in the store. The spot was a tear in the couch. My parents called the store and told them about it. They asked customer service why they had delivered them a damaged couch set. My parents were then told it was not the same sofa. After numerous calls they finally sent someone out. The person they sent just looked at it and said they would get back in touch. No one ever came out or called to follow-up with my parents about the sofa. My parents feel like they were cheated and are utterly disgusted. Our last name is Tucker. And the sofa purchased was a maui camel sofa purchased on 04/13/2017 and delivered on 04/18/2017. I advise no one to ever shop here. Upon walking In the furniture store the furniture that they had on the floor seemed to be damaged. Their customer service was terrible and it seems they are just out for the money and not for the customers satisfaction. My parents would like this matter to be resolved immediately. They would like their money back and the sofa set returned. They have had this sofa set for some time and they are still trying to ask for a resolve, but customer service is ignoring them. My parents feel that they have been taking advantage of because they are elderly.

I purchased a couch and a recliner from the location in North Olmstead but I had to pick up the pieces at the Oakwood Village location. Picking up the couch went perfectly fine, the issue came with the recliner. I was told that I would be able to pick up the recliner on a Friday and when I got there, they didnt have the recliner and they also had no idea where it was. I was then called by Steve (the last name I forget) later on that night and he did offer me a gift card which was nice, and then he told me that the warehouse was incorrect and the recliner was there. 15 minutes later I got another call from Steve saying that the warehouse was actually correct the whole time and they didnt have the recliner there. Saturday morning I got a call from the location saying that the recliner was there, ready for pickup. Im very happy with the quality of the furniture but I am not happy about the miscommunication that I received from Levins. Update 10/10: Levins made the situation right by delivering the recliner to me at no cost. I am very impressed with the quality of the recliner and have revised my rating.

Awesome sales experience, but dont hold your breath on shipping. I spent thousands of dollars on a new living room set and dining room set. The sofa and chair delay is understandable because it was a custom order, but Ive been waiting over a month for a coffee table and the dining room set to come in. I received an email two weeks ago stating that my order would be ready in early March and I would be receiving a call to schedule a delivery, but two weeks later - no call. I spoke to customer support who said that the chairs werent available and it wouldnt be delivered until late March. WHAT? I could go to Amish country and have much higher quality furniture custom made in less time. TWO MONTHS for a dining table and chairs is unbelievable. To top all of this off, the coffee table that we ordered (which is the Magnolia line, so there should be no reason for stock shortages) doesnt even have an estimated date of delivery. If you need anything in a timely manner, I advise that you take it home same day, or shop elsewhere.

Wow worst store ever!!!! The delivery guys who delivered our table, set it up with food stains on it and each and every chairs leg was loose. The two grumpy ladies in customer service are so unprofessional and rude on the phone, Michelle and Barb. Barb even said to me "will it make you feel better if I come to your home?" When I questioned her why wasnt my furniture inspected before delivery. The customer service at this store is so pathetic. The sleep specialist Brian is extremely lazy and will take no interest in helping you. The store manager doesnt even care about following up. We had bought furniture in the past and were hoping to add on from Levins but the obviously dont care to get business.

I am insulted and disgusted by the awful marketing in this one Levin. We live on the west side and drove half an hour to this location because of a coupon and it is labeled an outlet. Walking in everything on the floor is labeled 50% off! Everything was more expensive than what we found at an actual Levins. Regular armchairs are marked at 650 and I said so you are telling me this is normally a 1300 basic armchair and she said yes. Nothing in that store was worth what they advertised. When we looked at their clearance area, it was dirty, full of damages and odds and ends. I was misled to drive here, they are dishonest and rude. I will not be back.
