We purchased a new mattress it was not right for us. Called and went back to the same Davenport, FL store. The assistant manager Ashlee and the manager Grant were very extremely helpful and professional. We chose another new mattress set. They picked up the other mattress and delivered the new one the very next day!!! They did everything they could to make this a prefect transaction and to make sure we were completely satisfied in everyway. This was an excellent experience. Thank you Grant. If you need a mattress go to Mattress Firm. They are the BEST!!!

Phenomenal experience - best Ive ever had with a mattress store. Ashley our sales person was extremely helpful and provided us a quality mattress at a competitive price. Even the delivery was exceptional. Full communication up to the point of delivery. We got a phone call the night before estimating time of delivery and a follow up email. Day of delivery we got an email and phone when the delivery truck was 20 minutes away. Wow!!!! Well be back for our next purchase.
