I only gave this store 2 stars:1 for great looking furniture and 2 for the reasonable prices.I have both relatives and friends who purchased furniture from this Badcock store and they all have furniture that is clearly deteriorating even before a yr of purchasing.My mother recieved a leather rocker as a gift from my sister-in-law and it fell apart just under a yr.of purchase and was told there was nothing they could do,they didnt even try to assist in anyway.I used to love their furniture,it still looks very good but the quality has gone down(You would do better by spending less and shopping @ biglots since it seems to be the same quality).It seems there are very little furniture stores that you can trust these days that have reasonably priced furniture,I guess i just have to continue saving for the better furniture stores.

Wow, what a great experience! Ive purchased several items over the years from Wayne, Rita, and their crew, I cant say enough good things about them. Always helpful and thoughtful, they put the customer first. They never push me to make a purchase, only guide me to make the right choices, and its been very helpful. Looking at other reviews just reminds me that theres always going to be an unreasonable person that cant be pleased no matter the circumstances, but Ill tell you that my experiences with them have been a complete pleasure!

I wish I didnt have to even give this business one star because they are absolutely horrible and dont deserve it! When you walk into their business they are super nice but dont expect that to last if you have to deal with them after that. They dont care about their customers at all and if you have an issue with their furniture, dont expect them to help you. Whatever you do stay away from this business and there fake personalities!!!!

Bought a bed. It fell apart. They came back out and fixed it. It fell apart. They came back out and fixed it. It fell apart again. Son in law who assembles such items professionally and myself fixed it. Has not fallen apart. Bed was never assembled correctly. Deliverer had tried to put blame on my grandsons, ages 3 and 4. They said it looked like they were jumping on it. Happy with the bed now.

Great experience -- Bought furniture from this badcock last week and it was delivered today in perfect condition. Wayne, Rita, and Sarah were all so helpful. Beautiful furniture at an amazing price! They are super helpful and not pushy at all.
