Dont do business with this store! I didnt buy a lot from the Staples before and choose to give a try this time because of its convenient location and competitive price on IPad Air. I never thought this would be a risky move for the nation wide reputation of this office supplies store. Oh, what a mistake I made! I made an store pick-up order on 11/20/2014 and received an email on 11/22/2014 saying that the IPad is ready to pick up and will be hold until 11/25/25. Guess what happened when I went to the store on 11/23/2014? It was sold! Yes, you heard me right. An reserved item ready for pick up is sold before the pick up and the whole has only an open-box one left! What kind of business can do something like this? It does not keep its word and respect its customer. Whats more disappointing is the response from the manager and the sales person. The sales person first offered me to take the open-box IPad if I really need to pick up today. Seriously? I paid the price for a brand new IPad, not something thats been used and returned. Then I indicated that I was not satisfied with being treating like this as a valued customer but was only offered to drive 20 miles to another Staples store and tried my luck there. The manager of the store nevered showed up and apologized for their mistakes, making me feel like I am such an insignificant individual who does not worth his time. However, if Staples treats every one of their customers like this, offering much better customer services. Anyway, I will ask my family and my friends not to go to Staples any more.

After driving around all weekend to find a desk I stopped back here on Monday to buy one. I got there at 7:05pm but they close at 7pm when everything else around them is still open. So I stopped by again today. The desk I wanted didnt have a price on it. I waited around for help, but the only person who came by was someone in jeans who was apparently very angry and was rudely throwing the pieces of a desk chair out of the box and onto the floor. I finally walked to the front of the store and asked for help. When I walked back to the desk there was another well dressed couple there wanting to buy the same desk. Wouldnt you know, they only had one desk in stock. So the empolyee comes to me and offers to have one ordered. Seriously? Not only was I there first but Im the one who went and got help only to get screwed by some jerk who doesnt know how to wait his turn? Wont ever see me in there again.

The technology center reps are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in very unsure of what my experience would be like, as someone whos not too tech savvy, and walked out feeling a lot more comfortable and even learned a few things. Thank you Staples!

Whilst I last visited Orlando, I was in need of some computer assistant and stopped by staples, the young British chap gave me a good deal and helped me solve my problem right away with no added nonsense. I would go back again!

They put the wrong tag price in the article i was looking for, but they still satisfied the price... $15.00 less.;) I always use the fax in this store. I think they know me already...Great store for teachers like me!
