This is literally the worst dealership you could buy a used car from. The service department is a joke, and fail to uphold any warranty you may think you have. My car spent a month in the shop, and I eventually had to get it and take it to another mechanic to fix the problem. Took the new mechanic 2 days to fix the problem. Also found out that they had ordered parts for the car that they didnt put in before they sold me the car, then tried to charge me for the part, like they didnt know it needed it. Dishonest is the last quality you want when looking for a used car. That problem was months ago. I was treated poorly by management and upper management. I decided not to post anything negative, to rise above. Today I brought my car in with a torn tire, just to find out that I am just days out of the warranty. A dealership worth their salt would have honored it, especially after the deplorable way I was treated for months after having problems with my car. I asked about getting my fuel gauge looked at, because ever since they changed the fuel filter, my gauge does not read correctly, causing me to run out of gas last week, on the highway. The customer service guy at the service desk got an attitude with me after I asked if they would honor their work they did on the fuel filter. I love my car, but the biggest mistake I ever made was buying a vehicle from this dealership. Weve bought, traded and sold many cars, Ive never had these issues out of a dealership.

Living in Jasper weve come to this Ford dealership multiple times. Every time we are met with reluctant incompetent and unknowledgeable salesmen who try to make deals in the most unheard of ways. Like trying to get us to sign for a car they dont have on the lot promising to get it. Being asked the craziest questions like "can you make a decision without your husbands presence?" Like asking us why we dont like to pay interest in a surprised manner. The reason we stopped was their neon flashing lights that said 0% interest for 72 months and he knew nothing about it. None of the cars were unlocked and it took the guys 15 minutes to go get a key for any vehicle we wanted to look at. I could go on but suffice it to say we are headed to a Ford dealership that we simply called to ask if they had the same deal going on and the people there named about ten different vehicles that we could get under that deal. Thats really too bad because we really prefer to support our local businesses.

I live in Knoxville, TN (2 1/2 hr drive). I called on Friday regarding a new F-150 on the website. I told the salesman about the vehicle I would be trading, filled out the KBB quote thing (at his request), then told him the amount I wanted to finance. He ensured me that it should be no issue to get close to that number. Still skeptical, I called again today prior to making the drive and was again ensured that it would be worth the trip. I made the drive, only to find that "close" to this dealership apparently means $5,000 more than where I wanted to be. I understand if the numbers just arent there, but dont have me drive 2 1/2 hr each way for no reason.

I purchased my 2017 ford escape here at Shottenkirk Ford Jasper. My experience was nothing more than amazing. My salesman, Frank was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns. If he did not know the answer, he went and found it. He made sure I was comfortable at all times. His partner was also very friendly and helpful, I cannot remember his name, sorry about that. Also Alex, in the finance department worked with me to get the best finance deal I could get. They contacted several of their lenders and got me the best deal with the requirements I set. Thank you Shottenkirk Ford Jasper for a great experience.

I have never met a person who says they actually enjoy "car shopping" however I will say that they provided excellent service. We have been shopping for 3 mos and finally found a good price on a Toyota Tundra. I can tell you horrible crazy experiences at several other dealerhsips, however Bruce (our sales rep) was extremely professional. He called when he said he would, he had the vehicle ready as promised, he delivered on all of his promises and even called after the sale to see how the truck is doing and if we were happy. As far as the dealership goes, the added 3k mile warranty is a nice touch. Truly a refreshing dealership experience

My car sat in their service & parts lot for 9 HOURS awaiting a diagnostic test to check the ac. An appointment was made the day before and the car was dropped off at 8:30am. With no call from them stating the results of the test (which was requested) a call was made to them at 4pm. THEY HAD NOT LOOKED AT THE CAR!! They promised to get on it and have the test done in 45 and give us a call. We did NOT receive a call and when we showed up at 5.45 they had still NOT LOOKED AT THE CAR!!! They had no excuse. All they said was "Im sorry." It was 94 degrees today. I will have to drive this car tomorrow with NO AC. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!!

First I want to apologize to the entire Shottenkirk dealership. On my recent purchase review I made 2 mistakes: 1 thinking I was rating Corp. Ford about an a rumored problem with the Explorer I had just purchased and 2nd I assumed that what Id heard and read on the internet was true. My rant was unfounded and very unfairly charged to the dealership. As far as the dealership and my sales rep. are concerned neither could have done more to give me a tremendous buying experience. Jan went WAY out of her way to address each and every question I had. So did the dealership. Both should be rated a 10 out of 10. Dave J

Abolutly amazing people here! They treat you with respect that you deserve! And get you the car you want without any trouble they are completely fair on price and make sure the car you buy is always taken care of Ive been to just about every ford dealer in north GA and can say hands down the best place to buy a car worry free! No other Ford dealer has done an amazing job getting me the car I want for the price I can afford. I dont care where you live its worth the drive!!! When you go here ask for Bob I can assure you he will not let you down, 10/10 best service you could ever get from a salesperson.

Beware of this dealership. After a number of phone conversations and e-mail exchanges I made an appointment to meet at the dealership. This appointment was confirmed verbally and confirmed in writing via e-mail by two different employees of Shottenkirk Ford. When I arrived there the person I was scheduled to meet with was not there and no one that was there had any idea who I was or why I was there. Drove 45 minutes each way to get there. Disappointing. Be aware: there is a severe lack of communication and lack of customer service here. They do not do what they say they will do.
