My husband and I had a terrible experience here. We saw they were advertising $4k over KBB for trade ins. We made an appointment to come in. They called me the day before to confirm the appointment. When we got there on our appointed day and time, our person wasnt in that day (for whatever reason) so they plopped us at someone elses desk. We waited 10-15 mins for this person to get back from lunch and didnt appear too pleased to have to deal with us. Very unfriendly. Not chatty. After we were told we were pre-approved, they took us out to test drive and fall in love with a vehicle before theyd even discuss any kind of numbers with us. Come to find out, the fine print for the $4k over KBB is that you have to be the first owner on the vehicle and been in no accidents. We werent first owners so we didnt qualify. After asking several times for specific numbers so we knew what to be looking at, they skirted the issue each time. After assuring us that wed get what we needed for our trade in to pay it off and keep our payments a certain amount a month, they kept showing us cars that would ultimately been way out of our range. After being there for 3 hrs, we had to leave to get our kids off the bus and promised wed be back the same day with our trade in. Before driving back for an hour we called to make sure the person we were dealing with would still be there, we got no answer from the number provided on the business card. We called the main number and left a message. Nearly a week later we still havent heard from them at all!!! Turns out it was for the best and I dont want to deal with a place that treats potential customers this way. The next day we went somewhere else (Nissan on Thornton Road) and got a brand new car! Your loss Kia Cartersville!!

We bought a new 2011 Kia Forte from Tery Reid Kia. Then a great experience. Under the new Metro Kia the service has been to say the least horrible. Our car has 67,000 miles on it. At 52,000 we took the car by there to have them check out the shocks. We left it and the tech said that there was no problem. Three months later the problem was worse. We take the car back in and here is the result: cracked wheel, bad shocks, two tires. Total $1100.00. We were told that the warranty was out at 67,000 miles and that we were responsible. A year and half before we had bought 4 new tires. The lady in the service dept was very rude and not willing to help at all since it was out of warranty. WE called two other Kia dealerships and they two agreed that if we had hit a pot hole that hard to bust the shocks that it would have had to have blown a tire or at least the tire would have been low. Which the tire was not. The radio had also quit working. When I went back in to ask the service lady if they checked the radio. She said she had forgot to have them check it but it would be a charge since it to is out of warranty at 36,000. I then said so you cant tell me what is wrong with it whether it is out of warranty or not? She insisted well we can but I will have to see if I have a tech and there will be a charge since it is out of warranty. When questioned the Service manager he says he checked it and that it would be 2200.00 to replace. No where on the paper work did it state that they had checked the radio. Needless to say the Store Manager agreed that if the blow was that hard that it would have blown the tire. Metro Kia covered the shocks. For that we are grateful. Will never return.

I dont know where to start. They are pushy rude and only trying to make a sale. I did happen to buy a car, but it was drity and nasty inside and out. It even had fast food and trash between and under the seats. The car had only 30 miles to E so I had to get gas on my way home from giving them a $3000 down payment on this car. They also forgot to print a tag. After I get home I call and explain this to Ralph customer service manager and he told me to bring it back in and promised to have it cleaned and detailed and get everything fixed. well after detailing I go to get in the car and notice paint chipped all around the car (which was hidden under the exterior dirt) He said he could have a painted for me he didnt notice that either, well after 3 days of being without my "new" car my car was not painted as a matter of fact it appears not to be touched at all other than the fact my floor mats were missing. I go back in and they gave me some other old mats that didnt fit my car. That was it for me, I WAS DONE! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Did I mention that I had bought 5 cars from them in my life time when they were Terry Reid and LOVED my other experiences. I wouldnt even let them change my oil now. I would NOT trust them! I really wished I could post the pictures to go with this!

Took our Kia Sorento in for service at Metro Kia and looked at the K900 on the showroom. We were thinking about purchasing a new company car, so we took a test drive with Todd Chastain, Metro Kias K900 expert. We were blown away by the luxury, comfort and performance of the car. We researched the Lexus, Infinity, Lincoln, Mercedes, BMW, Mazarati and Porche. We visited the Lexus dealer but the salesmen ignored us the whole 25-30 minutes we were there. The Lexus Experience! We found the LS460 to be lacking in design and features, clunky feeling. We visited the Infinity dealer where the salesman was attentive but the car was small and priced high for the features it offered. We looked at the Lincoln and didnt like it. The Mercedes and BMW with like features was priced at or above $100K, but still didnt have ALL of the features of the K900. We returned to Metro Kia to make our purchase because, in the luxury car class, the K900, by far, out does all of the other cars we looked at. It is not only priced well below the others, it has more features, a nicer design and phenomenal performance with the 420hp V8. We recommend Metro Kia, the Kia K900 and Todd Chastain for your next vehicle purchase. 5 Stars!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The sales associate, Renardo, was rude and unprofessional, making comments like "let me go get yelled at again by management" and constantly criticizing the price I was trying to stay under. Renardo also decided he would post a review of himself on Facebook pretending to be me... After test driving a used Honda Accord, I sat down with Renardo to discuss the price. He came in with a price 2k higher than they had it listed on their website; trying to take advantage of me? I think so...After showing him this, he decided me would scribble price on their website onto a scratch piece of paper and try and get me to sign it.....High pressure salesmanship at its finest... To make matters even worse, I shook hands with the manager agreeing on a price, interest rate, and Metro Kia throwing in a service contract. When I went to finance office to finalize everything, the interest rate was 2.5% higher, and they wanted me to spend the extra money on the service contract... Again, basically trying to get one over on me because I am a younger person. So in conclusion, take your business elsewhere.
