Buyer Beware: This is a fair assessment of a situation that occurred to us at Nini and Loli Aventura on March 01, 2014. I have been living in Miami for 23 years and was never unable to return or exchange anything. And I mean ANYTHING. Never had an issue when I had to return or exchange a product, ever. My family bought a stroller and tried to exchange the next day for a different one (we did not want a refund, an exchange to a different product was our goal). The salesperson at the Aventura Nini and Loli told me we were unable to do so. I told her that it was very unusual to be unable to exchange a product, especially within a 24-hour period without any use at all. Her response was that "in larger stores it is easier than in smaller, boutique stores like ours". This is a simple, fair warning: DO NOT BUY AT NINI AND LOLI AS THEY HAVE VERY STRICT EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICIES. As much as we all wish to support our neighborhood stores, their policies are not flexible enough, which could be an issue on some instances. I realized that the salesperson had no authority to resolve our situation and asked her to speak to a manager. The salesperson was able to call a co-owner of the store three times in front of me and this person refused to speak to us on the phone so that I could briefly explain our issue. I have been to this store many times before and NEVER had an issue. But in my opinion, every business is good until you have an issue. When a problem arises and that business is able to resolve it for you, you now have a GREAT business, that helps and respects their clients. NOT the case here since I was refused to speak to anyone with authority to resolve it and the ONLY person that could help me was on a telephone refusing to speak to us. I wish the best of luck to anyone purchasing here.

Pay attention!!! Cuidado!!! No compren en esta tienda: Te DESCUENTAN 15% por abrir el paquete y probarlo No devuelven dinero,solo dan crédito en la tienda NO PUEDES HABLAR CON EL MANAGER porque el vendedor dice que no se puede. He comprado un Mobile y me descontaron 15% Devolví el producto en perfectas condiciones tal cual venía solo que corte los plásticos transparentes para ver el producto pero lo devolví tal cuál me la entregaron en la tienda. Por favor lean y estén completamente seguros porque si abres un producto no te lo cambian... no es el monto del valor que te descuentan es el momento triste y amargo que tienes que pasar cuando se supone que estás comprando algo para tu bebé o arreglar la habitación de tu hijo, sobrino , nieto o amigo debería ser una experiencia linda pero en este caso un momento triste y feo.

Im a mom of two and really into fashion. With that said, I hate dressing my run-of-the-mill toddler duds out there -- you know what Im talking about -- Laura Ashley-esque smocked dresses, frilly gowns, cheesy headbands, you get the idea. So being the hard-core trendtracker that I am, I scoured the streets of Miami for the coolest kids clothing and my number one pick is this store. Why? This place has kitschy clothes like tees that read "Mothersucker" or "Will Work For Milk." As far as nursery decor is concerned, theyve got bedding by Dwell Baby and Serena and Lilly. I really love their diaper bag selection, too. Did I mention they sell strollers? Yep, theres a Quinny in store. Blinged-out pacifiers, designer bibs and Bugaboo seat covers can also be found here. New moms can also create a registry here -- they even have toys, games, furniture, rugs, video monitors and the like. So if you, too, are a with-it mom or just need to buy a really unique gift, swing by Nini & Loli. Its right on the money, baby.

Entre para hacer mi lista de baby shower y las dos chicas que están atendiendo fueron muy desatentas y groseras , pregunte el precio de algunos artículos y no les gusta trabajar que pena porque tienen cosas lindas pero las empleadas lo arruinaron un momento de felicidad, prefiero gastar mi dinero donde me atiendan bien, les di una segunda oportunidad esta semana y es terrible lastima por la dueña porque sus empleadas acabaron con el negocio horrible atención

Very disappointing. I ordered an item from them online and it turns out that not only was it not in stock (their website gave me no indication) but it was no longer available from their distributor. I understand that these things happen but Ive never encountered a store who was so unapologetic about it. The first time I called I was rudely told that Id have to call back during the week because they dont answer calls about the website on the weekend. The second time I called, after a long hold, I was eventually told that the item wouldnt be available and they planned to refund my money. However it took 10 days before I got that answer and only because I made the effort to contact them. At this point they still have my $299 and im about to have a baby arrive without any place to sleep.

We walked into this store 15 minutes before it closed. My wife is 6 and a half months pregnant and my daughter is 5 and a half. Someone who worked at the store came over to us and asked us if we speak Spanish. We politely said no. The next words I heard were said in a rude tone: "We are closing." We were looking for some items for our baby and had to spend some considerable money. Suffice to say after the way we were treated, we will not be going back to this store. I cannot believe a store tells customers 15 minutes before closing that they are shutting the doors and would ask someone if they speak a certain language. Very disrespectful. I even called after we left to tell the manager and she did not even apologize for the rude behavior. Very ridiculous.

I am a long time customer of Nini & Loli, and I can only give 5 stars as my experience shopping there is amazing. I always find the best products for my baby and I will not consider buying gifts no where else in town, not only what you buy is breathtaking but their wrapping is beautiful and free. I happened to be around Coral Gables the other day and stopped by their store located in the corner of Giralda and Salzedo, and let me tell you that you will not find a better assortment and selection of baby products than what this store offers. Needless to say that the staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable. I will definitely will keep shopping here and i wish everybody knows about this store.

I went to Nini and Loli a while ago, I purchased a stroller and few other stuff for my baby.The store is full of modern and stylish baby essentials from cribs to bibs. If they do not have an item available they will order it for you. I have to say this has been the best expierence I have ever had with a sales person. Her name is Cinthia, she is a lovely young lady very friendly and polite. She was able to answer all my questions patiently. She really knows what she does. I will definately go back to the store to continue purchasing all my baby needs. please do not hesitate to ask for Cinthia when you go there. she goes way beyond with customers
