It has a lot, but does have some inventory gaps (like having a thing, but only having one size option). Also the toilets are rarely clean. Update: on a recent trip I went to start a baby registry. The registry area is next to the entrance, on the other side of which are the customer check outs and the customer service desk. I stood at the baby registry for a good 15 minutes, in full view of two customer service people without any form of acknowledgement. I was also passed by three other employees who seemed to be trying to actively ignore me and my husband. We gave up, but decided to ask for the manager to express our frustration and disappointment in treatment. He was called to the front to speak with us, and when he came up, I was dismayed to see that he was one of the employees who had ignores us twice already. He then just stood at customer service talking to another employee, while he continued to ignore us. We may as well have been invisible. As we walked out, we could see the registry woman finally back at her desk. It turns out that she was within view of the desk while we were waiting. My husband saw her. She saw us, and quickly looked away rather than see if we needed help. That makes six people ignoring a pregnant woman for 15+ minutes as she sought help with a baby registry. Not good business. I will never return to this store for any reason.

Rudest employees ever! Will not be returning! I will rather drive the extra 20 min but will go to Johnson Creek Babies R US! There employees atleast care about there customers! This store has the meanest employees ever! You will be standing by the cash register and you will be ingnored because the employees are busy talking between themselves and wont be paying attention to you standing there!! The Rudest employee working there is Felicia! Shes a supervisor there but shes so mean!! To customers and employees working there! Every time I see her at the cash register I try to go to a different register just to avoid her! Seriously shes so rude! If something comes up more and you tell her its on sale! She will roll her eyes at you, makes your feel like a liter! Than goes and checks the price, SEES that you where right and doesnt even say sorry that she made an idiot out of you!! Shes done that to me a couple times!! Also shes the worst when your trying to return something!! A lot of my mommy friends say they always try to avoid her too because shes extremely rude

Ive been in this store over a dozen times already as we registered for our first baby here. Since we registered for about $1,500+ worth of stuff and we received all of it, so far we ended up getting some duplicate items among other little mishaps such as my mattress pad covers melting in the drier. I only had to use customer service twice but they were so incredible both times and went above and beyond for me that I have no doubt we have established a lifetime relationship for all my baby needs going forward. They are always helpful and nice no matter what type of help we need when we are in the store. Im sure there are cheaper stores where you can get baby gear but that also comes with cheap customer service and nothing can replace a good relationship where you know you can have your needs met and great, welcoming people to ask question every time you go in. Thanks guys!

I have never dealt with a company where so many people didnt know their own company policies. I had a package not play ordered from the store as they did not have it in Stock and the rep didnt type in the correct address. After realizing that I tried fixing the issue by having babies r us update the address through fed ex, which can be done after calling fed ex and talking with them. After talking to 8 people several told me to go to the wrong address that it was being shipped to and pick it up there. That wouldnt be a problem but where they sent it wasnt even an actual address. Its been two weeks and Im still being told various things about the issue that are conflicting from person to person. Next step is contacting my lawyer.

I loved the fact that the staff here were so nice and the menager was the nicest lady. I even gave her a hug for helping us. Me and my wife went to look for a 3 in 1 stroller. After much reserch we got stuck to one we really loved and my wife was really excited about it. There were two non colors (grey/black) we were intrested in and the menager made it very easy for us to decide. She price matched another store we liked and waited about an our for me to talk to the credit union to approve me for a card! They were very nice throughout the whole waiting time. I recomend them!

Read other reviews, they explain it perfect. Everything is done 110% half ass. Worst detail iv ever purchased. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless your trying to screw them over as a joke. Im surprised they even handed me back my car looking the way it was. Phil is a straight outa the book salesmen trying to screw everyone over by making them buy extra packages. Checking over my car there is just too much to list that they forgot and places they "cleaned"

I bought the baby rocker and swing 2 in one it was in red tag originally $175 with $50 discount in it but they didnt wrote it was used when i got home and opened it it was full of baby hair and food and very dirty only thing was missing is poop so i returned it very next day they clearly dont have any quality control and management is really bad

The staff were friendly and helpful, theres a huge selection, and we went to set up a registry and the person who set us up was very thorough about how to use the registry and the benefits that came along with it and their rewards program.
