This was the worst shopping experience in my life. They tried to swindle us. Michael who is the so called "manager" said that their store has sale for Bugaboo Bee3. $600 for Bugaboo, that was very good price.Me and my husband decided to buy it. I wanted them to assemble it in the store because I wanted to go home with stroller. They assembled it in the back room. When the assembled stroller came, we noticed that the canopy was exreamly dirty. They accepted that they used the display models canopy. We wanted yellow canopy and the only yellow one has been display models. They apologized and they said that they will send new boxed canopy to our house. Because we already aid it, we decided to wait for new canopy. Three days after we went again to get it. This time we realized that the seat also were used. We had difficult times to convince him that the seat also used. Whatever, At the end everything became apparent that the only new, unused part of the stroller that they tried to sell us was the frame. All the other parts; seat, seat-cover and canopy have belonged to display model. Never, never again will buy anything from these liar people!!!

I purchased a Henes Broon T870 (kids ride on car) online. Showed In-Stock, gave them my $ got a confirmation Email. A day later I called to confirm order. Was told item was ordered but the person who does the online sales is off. No problem. The next day I called again to confirm. They see the order but apologize and inform me they sold out of the one I ordered. I agree to settle for 2nd color choice. Got confirmation for next week Thursday shipment, no problem. Later that day, I get a call saying they need another $195. I already paid, had receipt, seen deduction in my account... you want another what $195? Because the manufacture said you arent charging enough, was the response. I suggested that they should pay the difference. Most places I order from have it shipped out within 2 days. And you are just getting around to verifying inventory and your pricing? Thats not the right way to treat your customers. The acting manager who said he can speak for the company and owner. Going to cancel the order. And would be unwilling to sell it for the price they agreed to and that I already paid $1200 for. Sad, way to treat consumers.

I went to the new location on Clyborn in LP and received AWESOME customer service. I had bought a Bugaboo stroller at their downtown location about 6 mos. prior and I was having trouble opening and closing it. Apparently the springs were a little too tight. I brought the stroller in and although the guy (Michael) was able to open it pretty easily, he said that because it was hard for me, hed order a new frame. Itll be in the store in about a week and I can keep the stroller in the meantime. I dont have to mail it in or anything; theyre taking care of it for me. I thought it was really great service. I didnt need to show a warranty or anything! The store is also really cute and has some great stuff in it. I give this lcoation an A+.

Buyers of the Galt Toy Baby are great. They carry educational, practical and fun stuff for baby and kids. If I bring my one year old to this store, He doesnt know how the time goes by...just enjoys all different kinds of displays and toys. They have awesome strollers and car seats. You can test them and their staff are pretty knowledgeable. If you are not sure what to buy or which brand to buy in any kinds of baby/kids related items, visit this store and explore. You will love it! Only thing is they rarely have sales items....so all the prices are standard retail price tag.

I had to go in search of someone to answer my questions regarding a stroller. They werent very knowledgeable nor particularly helpful. They didnt have one that I was interested in available on the sales floor, however they did offer to assemble the one they had in stock only if I was going to purchase it. Im not spending $600 on an item I havent even seen and to suggest I do so is ridiculous.

Avoid registry. Wife and i bought three items on the third, none of which were in stock. We were assured wed receive them in the mail by the 15th ahead of our babyshower. Nothing! And come to find out, they never reconciled our purchase with the registry. We will be attending babyshower empty handed. Also, service throughout never did live up to pricepoint expectation- is this place managed?

This is the only toy shop in the 900 North Building. They have many items from baby stuff to teenagers. We have purchased strollers, puzzles, magic cards. The staff are helpful. My son also says they have Smurfs. have fun
