Natalia is the customer service manager and there was nothing customer service about her!! When you walk up to make a return she is rude and exudes this demeanor that she hates her job and the people she waits on. I had two items that were brand new and in their boxes. One was a gift and the other I had forgotten the receipt- which was factory sealed. She accused me of buying the gift some where else- when I was there when my mother purchased it, ripped opened the factory sealed box and examined it like I was a criminal of an item that was $34.00, in addition she lectured me that they wouldn’t be taking any returns back with out a receipt after July 2008. The transaction was concluded by her placing the gift card in front of me, walking away to whisper to her two other associates. Terrible customer service and “New” return policy. Buyers beware and give your business to a company that values the customer and stands by their products!!!!!

Pretty good location. Its near the shopping core of Tigard, around other popular stores you might frequent as well. The place is stocked well when weve come to get specific items and itd organized well in sections. The prices are about what youd expect, but they do have coupons and deals on items. It just might take a bit of effort to find them. The employees seem nice and helpful. Weve only had trouble once when we were setting up our baby registry. We were pretty much ignored and not instructed how to get it set-up. But eventually another employee came and apologized and helped us.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and the fact that they have so many items out for you to try is great too. When I had an issue placing an order online, Tina and Jack helped me get the sale price on the item I was trying to purchase. In general the staff seems knowledgeable too, and the equipment experts are always offering assistance when you need it. Being a large chain, I was honestly expecting high prices and apathetic staff. This store has far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to go back.

As a father of two I find myself practically living here when I forget to order things ahead of time on amazon or something. I seem to always need to come here for either diapers/pull ups or stuff for my wife for breastfeeding. Also bought car seats and diaper genies, you name it. This place is very conveniently located with tons of parking. The staff can be a little aloof and unhelpful, but always nice and checkout is decently quick. I just fully recommend this place if youre a parent.

My husband bought a glider and ottoman on 3/18/17 as a mothers day present. It was a big purchase and he was excited because it was our first kid and my first mothers day ever. It is now 6/24/17 and still no ottoman. Hes on the phone trying to call them during store hours 6pm and no ones picked up after 10 minutes of trying. Id stay away from ordering furniture from this place. In store items seem ok just a bit pricey. Addendum: It is now 7/9/2017 still no ottoman.

My wife and I just had an amazing experience at the Tigard, OR Babies "R" Us location! We worked with Liz and she helped so much with the entire process and really helped us nail down all the things we needed as well as some things that will make our new life so much easier. I highly recommend the high level of customer service at this location! We are customers for life!! Thank you so much Liz and all of your staff, you rock!!

Most horrible experience. The manager(I belive his name was jun) did not want to help us. They wouldnt price match as they advertise. He said he cant give me that price since it doesnt ring in their computer that advertisement that I showed him. I would avoid coming to this babies r us youll be disappointed. This was the most upsetting experience that Ive ever had at a retail store.

They have the most expensive products so we have returned almost every single item we have ever bought in there. I dont need that when we return something that we purchased and received a free item, then the next day return that item because we found it 30% cheaper somewhere else they wanted the free item back or they were going to charge us for it. Not very good customer service.

Spent $2400 for a nursery and saved $600 on discounts and amazon price matching; awesome. Lee and Brian know the equipment lines and can make very useful recommendations. The staff worked with us closely and demonstrated the equipment for our daughter-in-law. Great folks, a wonderful change from the parade of millennial zombies found elsewhere.

Huge inventory. You can find everything related to babies here. We got stroller and car seat from here. It was cheaper on Amazon, but they adjusted the price! We usually go there to get baby feeding supplies and toiletries. Prices are a little on the higher end, but you can always ask them to adjust if its cheaper online at other stores.

Customer Service is nonexistent at their Tigard store. Their staff is lazy, rude, uneducated about their products, and generally unwilling to help. It’s a great place to find baby gear if you have done your research, but dont expect to be helped. I will not be purchasing items from this store, nor will I send friends or family.

The best place to go look at baby and toddler stuff. Really. Before buying a car seat or stroller, check them out in person and size up you kid and car needs. But do research before going. Service is generally good. Located near Costco and Winco, so its an easy stop. Still not as easy as Amazon Mom though.

Registering for a baby shower. Had almost everything we needed, and so many things I never knew I needed! Some of the things are priced a little high but you can find it elsewhere if thats easier. We got a nice goodie bag of baby things after registering.

We had great service from Al helping us get a stroller system and the gals at the front counter getting us a rewards card and and instant 20% off the whole thing. Very knowledgable about the different options and helped us through the whole process.

I went here for my baby registry and loved the service! I also was guided to rent a hospital grade breast pump and it turned out to be the BEST idea! Great for when I had to go back to work and needed to get the milk to my baby! I recommend it!

Needed a gift for a friends baby being born. Gave them 2 stars for a large selection, but no more for lack of customer service. The employees act like they cant see you and chat among themselves as you try to wave them on for help.
