I ordered something online to pick up at this store. They didnt have any signs showing where you go to pickup an online order. So I first went into the Babies R Us side and waited in a line for a while before giving up and going to the Toys R Us side. I waited at the customer service desk, assuming that is where you would pick up an order. There was nobody there and the desk itself was TRASHED. There were piles of toys around the counters and flattened boxes and garbage all over the floor. There were a few employees huddled behind the service desk by the registers, but they werent actually helping anyone, just talking to each other. Finally one emerges and radios someone to come help me with my pick up. Nobody comes... Then another employee wanders over and says someone will be with me in a minute. Then another comes over and says they will radio the person that handles the pickups... For the second time now. The pickup person wanders over with a pile in their arms and says they need to finish what theyre doing before they can help me. Clearly in no hurry. They then ask to see my email confirmation, scan it and then wander over to a cabinet to give me my order without bothering to check my ID. The cabinet was right next to all of the employees that were doing nothing... I dont understand why they werent able to help me. It would have been MUCH faster for me to find the product by myself and stand in the checkout line. I will likely never return to this store. Their employees are completely clueless, they dont seem have any motivation to actually be productive, they are incredibly slow and the store itself was a mess. Ill stick to the Puyallup location.

The checkout process is horrible. I just left the store with some baby food and waited in line for more than half hour. The cashier claimed she is new and they left her alone in the register. Some issues came out and they had no one to help on a timely basis. Till the line grows really long, a manager finally showed up to help and another lady just yelled I can help whoever is next. Some other customers jumped right away to the new register. I got my stuff already in the counter and they did not seem to appreciate my time and just ignore me and help other customers after me. I was trying to grab my stuff to the other counter and they just kept on helping other people who ran to the counter. The whole experience is so awful. I will not waste my time in this store anymore!

Do not purchase big ticket items here! It seems that Babies R Us staff does not check the quality or completeness of returned items. The pack and play I bought in-store was obviously incomplete and broken. The employees*lied* repeatedly to me, while I was trying to get replacement parts (they were no help- hopefully the manufacturer will be more forthcoming). Its a good thing I noticed the flaws with their merchandise, because they honestly dont seem to care about the safety of the items they sell.

The staff here are some of the most helpful retail workers Ive encountered. Theyre always available to help find things (and even look up stuff for special orders if theyre not stock items), helpful, mostly knowledgeable, but not pushy like at some places that have people on commission. I dont think theyre paid very well, which makes the good service even more impressive.

I talked to a Assistant Manager Joe Meunsaveng in furniture department about an issue I had about my BPP. He was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help me get a crib for my new baby to come. He was patient and kind and very instructive on the things I needed to do to help him out with getting my crib. I want to thank him and babies r us for a great visit.

I had the worst experience every time I had to call and ask questions about my registry. Getting them to answer the phone is impossible and when they finally answer you get passed around from associate to associate and/or it takes them forever to answer the phone. When Im spending thousands of dollars in the store with my registry I expect service. Very disappointing.

The customer service is great here. However, the main walking isles are cram packed with stuff so nobody can get past each other with a cart. Also, the music has been static-filled and ridiculously loud in the back rows by the play kitchens. I cant get out of there fast enough which probably doesnt encourage me to buy more.

This is a great location for Toys R Us, right in the middle of Bellevue. When parents are driving their kids all over picking different things up they can stop by the toy store and pick them something up too. Its a pretty big Roys R Us so it should have whatever theyre interested in.

Ive picked up a stroller from here that was purchased online. It was quick and easy to do. The people were super friendly. The guy who brought out my stroller from the back looked like he was baked. I dont blame him at all. I would be too if I worked there.

I registered for a baby registry. I was using one scanner that died on me after I had a significant amount of items listed. When giving the second scanner they told me all the items I already scanned will appear on my online registry. Well, they did not.

Big shop with mostly everything you will need for kids and kids gifts. However a bit desorganised, difficult to get / find exactly what you are looking for, but they do have the big gifts you may need like big Jeep, cars, etc...
