They are super rude ; 1)Always trying to hit on my husband ; He doesnt really care but still avoid that place. 2) I receive coupons from them but unfortunately their poor trained staff doesnt accept it cuz "it doesnt work on that product specifically " . ? So the coupon is for the dipers, formula , ect. I was buying dipes.. So why it doesnt apply? Cuz they dont want to accept it.. Whatever! 3)Then I had two coupons for some free stuff (bottle or smth..) my sister asked me to shop for her and get that bottle or whatever they send us a free coupon for.. Guess what? They didnt accept that.. I was spending $200 on myself... $200 on my sisters stuff .. Those scrounge mcdacks didnt give me a $2 bottle as a gift. They said"its a bottle for a family".. When it said : bottle for a customer.. And I was buying for 2 people .. Concord "toy r us" have that stuff for free, never ask you a thing and those coupons are free to take at the door and welcome to take every time you go there.. Id rather choose another store since now.

Very poor customer service. They dont know and dont care about their jobs, they got most of our information wrong (mispelling our names, wrong phone number, even wrong due date) and then tried to blame us for not being detailed with them. Luckily I was able to fix everything online, because apparently the employees, all though much younger, have no idea how to use a computer. Find another store, or do everything online, dont waste time our energy coming to this location.

Its ok... Theres always a few grumpy cashiers but the asian manager is super nice so if I have a difficult transaction I just seek him out. The store is fairly clean for a "chain" DO be aware that the prices are inflated, but they will online price match and you can use coupons. Also if you are expecting make sure you buy items off your registry and use your r us rewards card so you can double dip on earnings rewards ;)

Customer service is so so, depending on who you talk to (some are great!). My biggest complaint is that the bathroom is always, always gross. Considering this store caters to pregnant women, newborns, and children, youd think theyd make an effort to keep it clean. A couple weeks ago it was so gross I decided to just hold it till I got home which was not a great idea.

great selection, low low prices. and close to sizzler! hot damn, its awesome. Wen the rain in spain stays mainly in the plain. I am a happy dad. All about the double snap n go. Twins rule!

SEMI LOVE

Expensive but a big selection I would still go with amazon maybe stop by the store for a peek before purchasing but there are better deals out there.

Closest BrU to us in Daly City. Its adequate for one not connected to a TrU. Better now that the roof got fixed and all.

Items can be pricey, but theres discounts and sales for better prices. Theres also toilets for toddler size.
