I want to start off by saying the staff has been helpful and friendly every single time I have been in there. I have no complaints about the staff and their customer interactions. My first complaint is about the cat food. I dont know who is in charge of ordering, but half the time I go in there, the cat food I am looking for is sold out and about half of the others are out too. I dont get how this can so consistently be an issue. The other complaint is why there are 6 isles of pet toys and such for dogs, and cats get 1 partial isle. The selection of cat toys is abysmal. Walmart of all places has a better selection of cat toys and that seems rather off. For feline needs, I would suggest Target, Walmart, or Petsmart as opposed to this location.

Just left this store without purchasing anything because the cashier was totally rude and incompetent. The items I was purchasing did not ring up correctly, so I told him this and he argued with me. I explained that the price marked on the shelf was different. He let out an audible sigh and said flatly, "you want me to call my manager?" This was after Id spent 10 minutes watching him give the guy in front of me a very hard time. I simply told him that it would not be necessary for him to call the manager, because I wouldnt be giving any of my hard earned money to an establishment that would put someone with such a piss poor attitude in a position where they have to interact with customers.

I shop here almost exclusively for live snake food. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they seem to have a very small amount of rodents at times. I have never left empty-handed, but yesterday I took one of their last 2 live small rats. There were no medium or large rats either. This is a great store with great staff. Just call ahead and be sure they have the rodents you need before you drive there. For an added bonus, ask for Harrison to catch your mice/rats. The really do not like him and watching him herd rodents into a box is priceless. Hes a good kid! Go see the show for yourself!

Deanna is the only one that we will take our 15, 65 and100 pound babies to! She has a way of calming them that no one else has been able to achieve to this point. Well Done! We did have one "groomer" we tried there who was not desirable, but she came and left very quickly. All the groomers there now are great. The only thing Id say I think would be helpful is to open for drop-off before 8 am. Most people cant be late to work because they need to drop off pups at the beauty shop. :)

I have taken my small dog there once before to get groomed and she didnt do what I asked. she shaved him, wait time was awful, and over charged me. decided to try it a second time and took my dog up there again and was told that she couldnt groom him unless they shaved him again because he was "matted" yes he was but there has never been a problem with it before. groomers customer service was terrible. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone

Terrible customer service - there have been a few times Ive left because there was no one at the cash register and no store employees in sight. The place has also smelled terrible every time Ive gone (about 10 times), though today it was exceptionally bad. Main reason I avoid shopping here though is that product selection is not nearly as extensive as Petsmart.

All of the employees are very helpful at this location. Picture perfect grooming of my toy poodle. I highly recommend you sign up for online coupons/rewards and price check online while shopping. The manager is more than happy to help. Ask for Cody in the grooming department. He and the rest of the grooming team are great with my poodle and boxer!

Bought a 40 gallon tank I drive a fiat and Im disabled they would not let the tank stay in the store till my got here she lives on the other side of Tyler it is 102 outside how can you do somebody that way also would not give me a rain check for another tank after they told me last week they would !!!! Terrible customer service

Tony the sales associate was very rude to me when I caught him overcharging me on an item! From now on I will take a pen and paper to write down all the prices before I check out! You would think petco would have the system down pat to where they are not overcharging! Nice store/Rude employee!

Very confusing layout of the store, there is a clear reptile/fish/bird section and then the cat stuff is peppered around the dog section, which is a good 3/4s of the store. Prices are very expensive when compared to Amazon, Petsmart, and local places.

Terribly rude staff plus it smells bad in there. The greasy pimple faced guy at the register was so rude I left without buying $50 worth and drove several miles to another pet store near my end of town. This is not the first time, so I will not return.

Our dog loves this place. We tried the competition a while back and he was shaking with fear from the minute we walked in. I think he sensed the fear of other dogs. We left immediately. Petco makes him happy.

We love our fur babies and we get a lot of their toys from here. Always some great deals on clearance items too. Our dogs dont know Halloween already passed. They love toys no matter what the season.

Poorly staffed, frequently see dead fish in multiple tanks, but my main reason for not shopping there is the smell. It always smells as though something died yesterday and hasn,t been found yet.
