Blessings! I drive well over an hour round trip to support family owned Black business as often as I can. Having said that, the free vaccination charts are not free here. They are $1.50. I have gotten them from Rays down the way along with the 6 n 1 priced at $8.95 and no cost for vaccination chart which says "Free take one!" Under the sticker that shows the price tag Big Tex sales it at $1.50 plus His 6 n I vaccination is $21.95. No harm no foul. The wife, Mrs. Johnese, is abrupt, rude, and acts as if She is above and the customer is beneath when it should be win win! The prices are higher at Big Tex but I dont have to deal with the owners insecure wife. He does. The prices are lower at Rays feed but the white lady with badly blackened hair is equally as mean spirited as Big Tex wife. The quality of supplies is less than par. Pick Your poison just love on Your dog! Bitches will be bitches! DO NOT SHOP HERE. HIS WIFE WILL BITE! Go to Arcola Feed Store! Great prices and helpful folk who appreciate Your shopping enjoy them!

If you are looking for a store that is going to have THE EXACT SAME faces every time you go into the store this is the one. I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now. CHEAP amazing TOP QUALITY animal food they have just about everything in there you need for any animal. The most wonderful thing my boyfriend and I love about Mrs.Davis is the fact that she has love for each and every customer that walks in the door needing assistance. She is very knowledgeable and loves to give advice would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stop by for ANY pet related questions.

Called ahead of time to see if they carried a specific dog food. Was told they had it in stock but when we got there, they handt carried it in about 6 yrs. People were rude and said I had called the wrong place so I dialed the number while there just to see if they phone would ring. The minute they answered, I told them I was standing in the store and that I had not called the wrong place. Lady told me she couldnt help me and didnt know who I talked to. Would not buy any of my needs from them!

I truly love going to this place! I have being going for a year and i have not only gotten quality merchandise. I have learned something each time I stepped foot in the door. Thanks to the staff there I am a better parent for my animal. I recommend this place to everyone!

Dont come here. Go anywhere else if you can. Everything is over priced here. On top of everything else the owners are very rude. Spend your time and money wisely. Go to a feed store where they value customer service.Giving this place one star is too good for this place.

Good variety of foods but the lady that owns this place has a very bad attitude. Her customer service skills suck if you can avoid her, and find someone else to find what you need. Now that I know she owns the place I will never spend another dime of my money here.

Ed and his wife Johnese are always very helpful. I have brought my friends and neighbors by to show them the high quality dog foods they carry. This is a good family business to support if you live in the surrounding area of U of H, or EaDo.
