I have been to this place several times in the past. However, my last experience was very unpleasant! I bought a toy for my puppys 1st birthday. I asked the salesperson for suggestions because he can go through stuffed toys. She recommended a toy that she said was indestructible with double layers and multiple stitching! SO I got that toy. I gave it to my puppy for no more than 5 minutes and he had ripped it apart. I went back to return the toy and tell them that it is not indestructible and they shouldnt tell people that it is. The manager was rude and said it was my fault for thinking my puppy would not destroy - and she didnt return my money. If youve ever been to this store, you know that the prices was highly inflated and nothing is cheap there! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE! Furthermore, I frequent local dog parks and I will recommend that others not go to this store anymore either!

I have a 5 month old doberman, Whiskey. Since I bought him at 7 weeks old, he has had a sensitive stomach and I have spent countless money on test and vet trips. Each test came out negative and we determined from the test that he is allergic to a host of ingredients found typically in pet foods today.. The vet placed Whiskey on a hydrolyzed protein dog food, but it was only a temporary measure and at $120.00 a bag, a costly one. I wondered into Natural Pawz and spoke with the associates there who offered suggestions and alternatives to help Whiskeys digestive system. And it worked. Immediately. Whiskey is healthy and happy and those people are amazing, personable, honest and caring. I am a customer for life.

I love this place! The employees there really took the time to help me decide on what food was best for my puppy. Everyone there gets so excited to see my baby and she loves going there. Super service!

This place is pretty good. I wish they labeled prices on the shelves. That would make me give it a five star rating. Gratis dog food. Way better than big chains.
